The Chinese space station will be fully completed in 2022,and it is of great significance to carry out technical research on space station operation in-orbit mission planning for long-term stable and safe operation and effective space missions.The space station operation pre-increment planning problem has a long planning period,a large number of planning objects and complex planning constraints,and it is urgent to develop a mission planning method that fits the engineering practice.In this paper,research is carried out on several aspects such as on-orbit event planning,material list planning and mission replanning.The main research results are as follows.A resource allocation method based on the two-dimensional packing theory and a hierarchical optimization method for in-orbit event planning are proposed.Firstly,according to the consumption characteristics of TT&C(telemetry,tracking and command)and man-hour resources,a resource allocation model based on two-dimensional packing theory is established by analogy with the two-dimensional packing problem,and a solution strategy based on heuristic algorithm and linear programming method is proposed.Then the in-orbit event planning model is established according to the planning requirements by considering the constraints of in-orbit event planning.Based on this,a hierarchical optimization method for on-orbit event scheduling and resource allocation is proposed.Among them,the up-level takes the differential evolutionary algorithm(DE)as the framework to optimize the event execution scheme;the low-level combines the resource allocation strategy and the resource constraint conflict resolution method to optimize the resource allocation scheme.The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively allocate the TT&C and man-hour resources and obtain the on-orbit event execution scheme that satisfies all constraints.A hierarchical optimization method of supplying cargo inventory based on DE-linear programming hybrid algorithm and a hierarchical optimization method of return cargo inventory based on DE-prededuction strategy are proposed.For the supplying cargo inventory planning problem,the consumption characteristics of different types of supplying cargos are first analyzed,a mixed integer programming model for supplying cargo inventory planning is established,and a DE-linear programming hierarchical optimization method is proposed.In which the up-level uses the DE as the framework to optimize the spacecraft launch time;the low-level uses the linear programming method to optimize the supplying cargo loading inventory.For the return cargo inventory planning problem,the generation characteristics of different types of return cargos are firstly analyzed,and a mixed integer planning model of return cargo inventory is established,and then the hierarchical optimization method of DE-prededuction strategy is proposed.In which the up-level uses DE as a framework to optimize the spacecraft return time;the low-level uses the prededuction strategy to quickly resolve the constraint conflicts and generate a feasible return cargo loading inventory.The simulation results show that the proposed planning method can quickly obtain the better inventory of supplying cargos and return cargos that satisfy all complex constraints.Replanning methods for on-orbit events and cargo inventory based on linear programming model are proposed.For the replanning problem of resource constraint changes,a two-dimensional packing resource allocation linear programming model with fixed rectangular blocks is established,and an on-orbit event replanning method combining event deletion and insertion is proposed.For the replanning problem of materiel demand change,based on the planning model of supplying cargo inventory,the minimum deviation index and the new demand satisfaction index are designed,and the linear replanning method of supplying cargo inventory based on the scheme minimum deviation is proposed.The simulation results show that the proposed replanning method can make local adjustments to the original scheme in a short time and obtain a replanning scheme that satisfies all constraints.This thesis is closely related to Chinese space station engineering practice,mainly around the space station operation pre-increment planning.The proposed algorithm has been applied to the Chinese space station operation mission planning system,and the research results will provide strong support for the actual space station operation mission planning in China.
