With the rapid advancement of urbanization,the subway is booming and building as the main means of transportation to alleviate large and medium-sized cities.However,in the construction and operation of urban rail transit subway tunnels,once the subway section tunnel settles,it is easy to cause casualties and property losses,but due to the complicated working procedures of the current conventional settlement measurement methods and equipment,the monitoring data cannot be responded to in time.Therefore,it is of great significance to study a method of real-time monitoring of the settlement status of subway tunnels,comprehensive and efficient visual management of monitoring data,and real-time positioning of monitoring abnormal points and timely warning to avoid the harm caused by tunnel settlement.This paper first introduces in detail the hardware equipment,measurement method,monitoring scheme,layout principle and layout scheme used in the automatic monitoring equipment used in the paper.Through the actual operation of the site,it has been proved that the settlement monitoring equipment can be carried out stably and can complete the monitoring requirements,reaching the millimeter-level accuracy requirements.Secondly,the three-dimensional visual modeling of the settlement monitoring object is carried out through the three-dimensional modeling software BIM,and the core technology and development process of the rapid positioning method are introduced in detail,the monitoring information database of SQL Server is constructed,Echarts is used for data mining and integration,and the monitoring data is displayed in real time on the web side and mobile phone end through visual data charting.Finally,taking a subway shield tunnel in Suzhou as an example,a complete project application process of rapid positioning method for BIM-based settlement monitoring equipment is demonstrated.Using the Revit software commonly used in BIM modeling,the BIM parametric model of the subway shield interval tunnel was quickly established,and the3 D model was fused with the SurperMap,which solved the problems of different data formats and data loss in the fusion process.In addition,the data processing development process of the monitoring equipment in the case is demonstrated,including "settlement data processing","settlement data display" and "three-dimensional data display",and the integration of the model of the actual case with the SurperMap realizes the rapid positioning of the monitoring equipment.
