| In recent years,the thermal management of electric vehicles(EVs)has become an important research direction of new technologies for EVs,which aims to improve the driving range and ride comfort of EVs.Based on the heat pump air conditioning,this paper starts with the use of environmentally friendly refrigerant R290.Firstly,the applicable thermal management scheme is designed,and the system test platform is built to carry out the refrigeration and heating performance test of the heat pump air conditioning.Secondly,the co-simulation system model is established in AMEsim and Simulink,and the accuracy of the model is verified by the test results;Finally,the applicable control strategy is proposed.The control effects of traditional PI and fuzzy control are compared and analyzed.Through the above research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The optimal charge of the ideal alternative refrigerant R290 is150 g,which improves the environmental protection and economy of the thermal management system of electric vehicles;(2)R290 heat pump air-conditioning in variable compressor speed refrigeration conditions,refrigeration capacity and system energy consumption ratio are greater than CO2 heat pump air-conditioning,heating capacity and higher efficiency;Under the condition of variable electronic expansion valve opening and compressor rotating speed,the heat production and energy consumption ratio of R290 heat pump air-conditioning system are much higher than that of PTC electric heating system;(3)Taking three heating conditions as an example,the simulation and test data of the compressor outlet temperature and the inlet and outlet temperature of the heat exchanger inside and outside the vehicle in the AMEsim simulation model are compared.The results show that the maximum error of the three groups of data is less than 4%,the accuracy of the simulation model is high;(4)The control effect of the joint simulation model is good.The fuzzy control has more dynamic response time,less overshoot and higher steady-state control precision(5)The practicability of the matching controller is verified by the real vehicle test of the environmental cabin.The research content of this paper is beneficial to the further promotion of R290 heat pump air conditioning in the field of thermal management of electric vehicles,and also has positive significance for the application of fuzzy controllers in real vehicles. |
