| The traditional method of measuring the smoothness of highway pavement is the three-meter ruler method, but this method has low measurement efficiency, large error, and large human interference factors. It is increasingly unable to meet the needs of modern society for highway quality inspection and highway maintenance. With the rapid development of laser radar, the instrument of non-contact detection and collection of surface information of target objects such as roads and buildings has also become a hot spot of current social research. The vehicle-mounted laser radar scanning system has become a new method for rapid measurement of road roughness based on its non-contact,high efficiency, high precision and characteristics. This paper focuses on the application of Leica vehicle-borne laser scanning system in highway roughness detection, and the following research is carried out :(1)The structure and working principle of the vehicle-borne lidar scanning system,as well as the field data acquisition process and the indoor data processing process, are described. Two road point cloud processing algorithms involved in this paper are introduced, namely the least square method and RANSAC algorithm.(2)Finishing road roughness detection methods and equipment, including three-meter ruler method, continuous roughness method,vehicle-mounted bump cumulative method, laser road roughness tester, summed up the road roughness evaluation index three-meter ruler maximum gap Ah(mm),profile index PR,road roughness standard deviation σ(mm). The calculation process of the international roughness index IRI is described in detail, and the pavement quality is evaluated with the IRI value. The acquired road point cloud is filtered by least square method, and the intensity of road point cloud in X axis,Y axis,Z axis and XYZ axis is strengthened and distinguished respectively.(3)Analyze the detection of a section of highway pavement in Jinhua City,Zhejiang Province.Firstly, the experimental measurement area is planned and laid out,and the acquired road point cloud is processed. The maximum depth value of the road surface is calculated every 10 m for the longitudinal section of the road, and the flatness index IRI of each section is obtained according to the obtained data. The excellent performance of the experimental road surface is judged according to the IRI value, and the rationality of the experimental method is verified by referring to the specification requirements in the ’ Highway Technical Condition Assessment Standard ’.Figure [38] Table [11] Reference [91]... |
