Analysis Of "Beautiful Countryside" Information Service Platform And Design And Implementation Of Smart Village APP

“Beautiful village” Information service platform moves the government’s service window forward to the village,the majority of rural villagers can enjoy government affairs service,people’s livelihood service and business service conveniently and quickly.After dig into the current situation of rural government service and information service provied,this thesis designs a Information service platform,focus on design and implementation of the “Smart village” APP,the main results are as follows:1.This thesis constructs a technical framework based on native app development mode,which is suitable for the development and deployment of APP in Information service platform.This thesis studies the development technology of native app,a suitable development framework is developed according to the project requirements: the Afinal architecture is reconstructed and improved on the Android platform,the BLBase Utils development framework is established to support rapid iteration,and the optimization and improvement is focused on the large file upload and more comprehensive HTTPS request protocol support required by the project;A set of targeted development components are independently developed on the i OS platform,such as BLrefresh control,which expands the processing without network and network request error according to the needs of rural network environment,BLNetwork Manager control optimizes the breakpoint continuation function,etc.The relevant technical development specifications corresponding to the development framework are constructed.2.A convenient Internet service platform for rural areas and in depth understanding of the business process and related needs of government services in rural areas,analysised the situation of information construction in rural areas,a practical and convenient Information service platform is designed.The platform is a large multi system service platform,this thesis introduces the design and implementation of “Smart village” mobile APP in detail.3.A set of information service evaluation system is designed to evaluate the information service level of each village after the completion of the platform from multiple dimensions.According to the evaluation results,the system is continuously improved to continuously improve the effect of the platform.The “Beautiful countryside” rural Internet service platform had been successfully implemented in a county through cooperation with the government and telecom operators,and achieved good results.“Smart village” APP has been highly praised by a large number of users and achieved good results.
