In recent years,urbanization has been accelerating steadily,the people are in high demand for living well,and the architectural decoration industry has been developing rapidly.As a leader in China’s construction industry,X company is also facing the tightening of the real estate industry and the gentle economic form under the epidemic.Under multiple factors such as the transformation of competition pattern,the change of business model and the expansion of market demand,the enterprise has gradually changed from pursuing economic benefits to pursuing economic efficiency,Gradually pay attention to strategic management.A more important part of the enterprise strategy is financial strategic management.X company’s research and improvement of the company’s financial strategy can help the enterprise improve its economic value.Guided by the financial strategy matrix theory,this paper studies the financial strategy of X company.Firstly,the internal environment of X company is analyzed by SWOT method,and the external environment of X company is analyzed by PEST method,combined with the strategic environment to study the industry competition situation..Publicly available data to construct a financial strategy matrix for Company X from 2016 to 2020.Again,according to the actual situation of X company’s financing strategy,investment strategy,operation strategy and dividend distribution strategy,combined with the matrix form,it is concluded that the overall financial strategy basically conforms to the overall strategy of X company.According to the actual situation,optimization suggestions are put forward: develop diversified financing channels,improve investment management level,improve working capital efficiency,and increase dividend distribution methods.This paper uses the financial strategy matrix to analyze and optimize the financial strategy of company X,which has forward-looking and strategic significance.When making optimization suggestions,it can combine the characteristics of different financial matrix forms to put forward accurate and effective suggestions to improve work efficiency and strategic effectiveness.Goals help to achieve sustainable development.Based on the financial strategy matrix theory,this paper selects a listed company in the building decoration industry for analysis and research.It is hoped that the company can gain an advantageous position in the competition by optimizing its financial strategy,help the company to achieve the overall strategic goal faster,and at the same time provide financial support for the building decoration industry.Provide recommendations for strategic analysis and optimization.
