Technological collaborative innovation in artificial intelligence(AI)industry is an important tool to enhance the national technological innovation strength and promote the high-quality development of national economy.An in-depth study of technological collaborative innovation in the field of AI in China is conducive to accelerating the construction of an innovative country.However,at present,there is still a big gap between China’s AI technology innovation strength and advanced developed countries.The reason lies in the lack of independent innovation ability of China’s AI industry.Therefore,it is important to accelerate the collaborative innovation of AI industry technology in China to improve the independent controllability of AI industry chain.This paper focuses on the technical collaborative innovation of AI enterprises,academic and research institutions and government,aiming to promote the efficiency of technical collaborative innovation in China’s AI industry.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on descriptive statistics and social network analysis methods,the current situation of collaborative innovation of AI technology in China is revealed.(2)Based on the evolutionary game approach,we construct an evolutionary game model for the three innovation agents of "AI enterprises-academic and research institutions-government" and analyze the factors influencing the stability of the strategies of the three agents.(3)The variables in the evolutionary game model are simulated and analyzed using the system dynamics model.The influence of the initial willingness and exogenous variables of the three parties on the final strategy choice of the game players is discussed.(4)Combining the results of the previous paper on the current situation of AI industrial technology collaborative innovation and evolutionary game and simulation,countermeasures to promote AI industrial technology collaborative innovation are proposed from two levels of innovation network and innovation subjects.The research results show that: the core-edge structure of the cooperation network of innovation subjects in China’s AI industry has obvious characteristics,the regional collaborative innovation network has certain small-world characteristics,and the overall network innovation resource flow capacity is slightly lacking.The active participation of any party from enterprises,academic and research institutions and government will promote technological collaborative innovation in AI industry.Regardless of the initial willingness,over time,all three parties will choose a stable state that is beneficial to collaborative innovation.The strategic choices of AI firms and academic and research institutions are jointly influenced by the cost of synergy,benefit distribution,government subsidies and penalties,and speculative gains.The government’s strategy choice is more likely to be influenced by the combination of benefits,regulation,and incentive costs of collaborative innovation.In order to promote technological collaborative innovation in China’s AI industry,we should take improving regional collaborative innovation capacity as the focus,promote innovation exchanges and cooperation among different regions,and consolidate external support for collaborative innovation.AI enterprises should focus on improving the revenue distribution system to reduce the cost of collaboration,academic and research institutions should pay attention to talent cultivation and reasonably optimize resource allocation,and the government should exert service effectiveness to optimize the innovation environment.In a word,the research in this paper enriches the research perspective of AI and is conducive to improving the technological innovation efficiency of China’s AI industry.It has certain theoretical and practical significance.
