Research On Distribution Network Planning Of Zhaoyuan County In The 14th Five-Year Plan

Electric energy,as a relatively clean and safe energy source in today’s social development,has attracted more and more people’s attention.In recent years,with the rapid development of distribution network,its planning has received a lot of attention and research.During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,Zhaoyuan County’s economic development and people’s living needs continued to increase,and the distribution network was also bearing an increasing load.Combined with the development situation and goals of Zhaoyuan County during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,its distribution network needs more reasonable grid planning to meet the increasing load demand,so as to realize the modernization of the city.This paper studies and analyzes the planning of the distribution network in Zhaoyuan County during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period.Firstly,the general situation of Zhaoyuan County,including geographical natural conditions and economic development,is analyzed,and the power supply area of Zhaoyuan County is divided into C and D power supply areas.Based on the current development of 110 k V,35 k V,and 10 k V distribution network,this paper analyzes the problems existing in Zhaoyuan County’s distribution network,such as excessive load growth,small substation capacity,thin line grid and N-1Problems such as low pass rate lead to low reliability of rural distribution network.Secondly,forecast the electricity consumption and electricity load of the whole society in Zhaoyuan County respectively,use the moving average method and the grey model method to forecast the electricity consumption of Zhaoyuan County during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,and use the univariate linear regression respectively.The analysis method and polynomial regression analysis method are used to forecast the electricity load,and the load of the 110 kV and 35 kV substations are forecasted respectively,which provides a data basis for the final overall distribution network planning.Combined with the "Technical Guidelines for Distribution Network Planning and Design",a new development goal for Zhaoyuan County’s distribution network during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period is proposed,and the technical principles of distribution network planning at various voltage levels are analyzed.Finally,planning and research on the distribution network of each voltage level in Zhaoyuan County during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,planning and design of substations and line grids respectively,and summarizing and prospecting the full text.The purpose of the distribution network planning in this paper is to meet the load demand of Zhaoyuan County during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period.By the planning year,the two main transformers in the 110 k V Zhaoyuan substation in the urban area of Zhaoyuan County will be expanded,and a 35 k V Zhaoyuan substation will be built in the western part of the urban area of Zhaoyuan County.Chengxi Substation.For the Class D power supply area,the capacity of the four main transformers in the 35 k V Gulong substation and the Toutai substation was expanded,2 new10 k V lines were built,and 35 10 k V lines were reconstructed.The grid structure was strengthened through planning,which effectively solved the problems existing in the distribution network of Zhaoyuan County during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,and put forward more feasible planning suggestions to the superior power grid company,which met the needs of urban development and people’s life,and realized the urban development.sustainable modernization.
