| In recent years,with the change in energetic structure,renewable energy has gradually replaced traditional fossil energy.New energy power generation technology was born and developed rapidly under this situation.With the expansion of application fields,new energy power generation technologies such as photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation have higher and higher performance requirements for the converters used in the power generation process.There are still some drawbacks in new energy power generation technology.Based on this direction,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis,and the specific work is as followsFirst,the background and current situation of the DC-DC converter is described,summarize the main topological structures of high-gain DC converters and zero-ripple converters at present,and analyze their working principles,advantages and disadvantages.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the switched capacitor structure has great advantages in the application of a new energy generation system.Second,Carry out in-depth analysis and research on the converter with switched capacitor structure,combining the traditional Boost converter and switched capacitor structure,by changing the connection mode of the topology structure,and adding an inductor and a diode,The topology of Switched Capacitors-Double Switch(SCs-DS)based on Switched Capacitors is obtained.The converter contains two inductors,namely the main inductor L1 and the energy storage inductor L2.According to whether the current flowing through the inductor L1 and L2 drops to zero,the working modes of the converter are divided into four types.and the corresponding modes and working principles in different working modes are analyzed in detail.The waveform of each variable in the four working modes are drawn,The characteristics of the converter are analyzed and studied in detail,and the working area of the converter is divided according to the parameter changes of the main inductance L1 and the energy storage inductance L2.Third,in order to further improve the voltage gain,the SCs-DS converter achieves a substantial increase in the voltage gain on the basis of using fewer devices.In this paper,the equivalent schematic diagram and each variable waveform diagram of the converter in the four operating modes of CCM-CCM,CCM-DCM,DCM-CCM and DCM-DCM are drawn.The working principle and characteristics of the converter are studied and analyzed in detail.In addition,the two proposed converters are compared and analyzed with the same type of converter,and it is found that the SCs-DS converter and the improved switched capacitor high-gain converter can optimize the converter topology,and realize the conversion Optimization of the input and output characteristics of the device.Fourth,in order to verify the accuracy of theoretical analysis,software simulation and hardware experiments are carried out.In this paper,the simulation models of BuckBoost/Boost type switch-capacitor combined converter Ⅱ,SCs-DS converter and improved high gain converter based on switch-capacitor are designed,on which hardware experiments are carried out.Compare and analyze the software simulation results and hardware experimental results,the resuls are consistent and consistent with the theoretical analysis.It reflects the innovation,feasibility and superiority of the designed SCs-DS converter and improved switched capacitor high gain converter. |
