After about two thousand years of cultural continuity,Taoism has formed a large,complex and diverse organizational factions,doctrines,Taoist classics and ideological culture.The theory of "Xingqi" bears the brunt in the basic connotation of these forms,thoughts and culture,especially in the construction of the space environment of the temple,From Huang Laodao in the pre Qin Dynasty to wudoumi Dao in the late Han Dynasty,and then to today’s Quanzhen and Zhengyi Dadao school,"Xingqi" theory plays an important guiding role in its spatial form,construction method and environmental thought.Based on the Taoist theory of "form and Qi" this paper first explores the causes,action mechanism and position of "form" and "Qi" in the construction of the space environment of palaces,and then investigates and analyzes the field environment,site selection and layout,construction methods and ideological connotation of the relics of famous palaces,Understand the internal relationship between the "Xingqi" theory and the space environment of temples and its construction thought,and explore the formation and change law of Taoist temples in combination with the political,social and cultural background,so as to finally form the space form framework and environment construction system of Taoist temples based on the"Xingqi" theory,and finally protect,repair and build modern temples based on the previous theoretical achievements Put forward practical methods and strategies for restoration and reconstruction,and strengthen the cognition of the relationship between man and man,man and nature,man and society,which has enlightenment and reference significance for the design and construction of modern space,especially palace space.
