| With the continuous development of society,the number of cars owned by Chinese urban households has steadily increased,the scale of urban parking lots has gradually expanded,and the problem of parking users finding parking spaces and reverse car searching has become increasingly prominent.Although many indoor parking lots in China have introduced a parking guidance system to solve this problems,the current parking guidance system still has problems such as delay of remaining parking space information,low efficiency of parking space utilization,and unclear guidance signs,which cannot effectively solve the difficulty of users in parking and finding a car.As a result,parking users still spend a lot of time searching for a parking space when parking;when users return to search for a car,they also need to spend time searching for a parking spot.In order to solve the above problems,this subject designs and researches the intelligent parking guidance system based on the relevant theories and tools of service design.First,conduct theoretical research on service design and parking guidance system,master the relevant definitions,design principles,design processes,AT-ONE rules and tools of service design,understand the system composition,technical characteristics,deficiencies and development trends of parking guidance system,Establish the service design process of the intelligent parking guidance system.Secondly,design and analyze the parking guidance system,build a user role model through stakeholder,questionnaire survey,and user interviews,determine touchpoint products based on user experience map and touchpoint matrix analysis,conduct product research on touchpoint products,and use KANO model performs a requirement analysis on the product function.Thirdly,the solution of intelligent parking guidance system is proposed through system information construction,service system diagram and service blueprint,and the software and hardware products of intelligent parking guidance system are designed and practiced.Finally,according to SERVQUAL model,the service quality of intelligent parking guidance system is analyzed,and software and hardware products are evaluated and optimized through usability testing and user experience evaluation.This research builds an intelligent parking guidance system centered on parking users,and proposes a new intelligent parking guidance system solution based on service design theory.In this study,the Bluetooth video monitor of the parking space is used for Bluetooth positioning,indicator light guidance and parking space information collection.The vehicle intelligent parking space navigation is used for intelligent parking space recommendation,parking space reservation and parking space navigation,and the mobile phone search car navigation is used for parking spot navigation and parking payment.The service process of the entire parking guidance system has been improved,the utilization efficiency of parking spaces has been improved,and the service experience of parking users has been improved.In order to solve the problems of users’ difficulty in parking indoors and finding cars,a new research scheme is provided. |
