| With the rapid development of China’s economy and culture,all walks of life are changing with each passing day in the torrent of development.In this constantly changing and increasingly complex national economic system,the competition between enterprises and economic development have become inseparable,and human resources have increasingly become an indispensable management pillar in the competition of contemporary enterprises.Enterprises should pay more attention to human resource management,especially the compensation management optimization,fully planning salary strategy,management staff knowledge capital,stimulate employee potential,and so on,to attract talents,employee career development and the enterprise business goals,stable enterprise position in the market,and get more favorable competitive advantage.As a leading enterprise in the construction industry,ZN Group still has many problems in salary management,which leads to poor personnel mobility,unable to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,and reduces the incentive effect of salary management.Therefore,this thesis to ZN group compensation management system as the research object,combined with the fair theory,knowledge capital theory and strengthening theory,using questionnaire method and statistical analysis method,a series of compensation management system optimization research,aims to improve the group compensation management level,arouse staff enthusiasm,increase employees and enterprise viscosity,improve employees sense of fairness,promote the steady development of the enterprise.The conclusions of this thesis mainly include:(1)some problems in the compensation management system of ZN Group,mainly reflected in low compensation level and lack of competitiveness,too single compensation incentive mechanism and lack of fairness;(2)optimize the compensation structure,compensation level and welfare of ZN Group based on compensation management theory,to work and retain excellent employees;(3)to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme,ZN Group should improve the management organization,expand communication channels and strengthen corporate culture publicity.The research of this paper has the following practical significance:(1)according to the existing problems of the compensation management system,propose effective optimization scheme,enhance internal fairness and external competitiveness,effectively motivate employees,attract excellent employees,and stabilize the organization team within the enterprise;(2)combined with the development strategy of ZN Group,propose targeted safeguard measures to ensure that the compensation management optimization scheme can play a role,stimulate employees’potential,and increase the knowledge and capital accumulation of the enterprise. |
