| China’s railway construction is in a stage of rapid development.the railway operating mileage and the number of trains are increasing year by year,which puts forward higher requirements for train safety.Knowing the running status of the train,routine inspection and maintenance is of great significance to the safety of train operation.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a monitoring system for multi-source train control equipment to strengthen the supervision of train operation,improve the efficiency of train maintenance,and ensure the safety of train operation.Through the analysis of the existing monitoring equipment and the research on the interface and protocol of the multi-source train control equipment,this thesis proposes a monitoring scheme to extend the interface of the train control equipment to realize the unified reception and processing of the interface data of the multi-source train control equipment.According to the monitoring requirements of train control equipment,the system is mainly designed from three aspects.Firstly,the data source and interface protocol of the train control equipment are analyzed,and the unified collection and processing of the multi-source train control equipment is realized through the interface expansion technology,and the Beidou satellite positioning and 4G network transmission are integrated to improve the positioning accuracy and data transmission efficiency,and realize the real-time monitoring of the train.Secondly,the hardware scheme based on the hot standby redundant architecture is designed,the appropriate main processor and train control equipment interface expansion chip are selected,and the hardware circuit is designed in detail according to the system function division.Finally,the modular design of the system software is carried out,the software process design of each part is analyzed in detail,and the online simulation test and overall verification of the system are carried out.Through the system debugging and simulation verification analysis,the system completes the data transmission of the multi-source train control equipment,realizes the real-time monitoring and supervision of the multi-source train control equipment,facilitates the staff to observe and analyze the train operation data,and improves the train maintenance and improvement.The efficiency of maintenance and the safety of train operation are guaranteed. |
