Research On Ancient Urban Dwellings Renovation Techniques Guideline Based On The Perspective Of "Place And Minor Updating"

With the evolution of urban renewal concept and ancient city conservation,the existing ancient city residential restoration and its guideline preparation has revealed obvious limitations of the times,which can hardly meet the requirements of high-quality ancient city residential restoration guidance in the new era.This study uses the theory of "place",the"micro-renewal" model,and the "guiding" concept as the theoretical basis for guideline preparation,and proposes a "place micro-renewal The research perspective of "place micro-renewal",from the four aspects of guiding ideology,core principles,target system,guidance content,etc.,the scientific system of the preparation of technical guidelines for the restoration of ancient houses,summarized by "restoration construction" and "renewal construction The proposal of "restoration construction" and "renewal construction" was summarized.An empirical study of the proposed guideline system was conducted through the revision and application design of the "Technical Guidelines for Restoration of Ancient City Houses in Yangzhou".The study is intended to provide a systematic reference for the future conservation and renewal of ancient cities in China.First,through a review of the literature related to the restoration of ancient cities at home and abroad,the value and problems of the technical guidelines for the restoration of existing ancient cities in China are summarized.On this basis,the groundwork and core work for the preparation of the guidelines are discussed.The groundwork for the preparation of the restoration guidelines includes three parts:first,based on the specificity of the guidelines,the scope of application of the guidelines is clarified;second,the theory of the guidelines is explored,with the "place" theory,the"micro-renewal" model Second,to explore the theories of guideline development,the"place" theory,the "micro-renewal" model,and the "guiding" concept as the basis of guideline development,to propose a "place micro-renewal" research perspective,and to explore the necessity and feasibility of the preparation of the guideline for the restoration of residential buildings under the "place micro-renewal" perspective.The third,by drawing on typical existing guidelines Third,by drawing on typical existing guideline documents,we provide a reference for the construction of a framework for the preparation of technical guidelines for the restoration of ancient houses based on "place micro-renewal".The core work of this study includes two elements:first,based on the perspective of"micro-renewal of places",the system of guidelines is scientifically constructed from four aspects,such as guiding ideology,core principles,preparation objectives,and guiding content,and is proposed to be composed of "restoration construction" and "renewal construction".The guidelines are composed of "restoration construction" and "renewal construction".Second,based on the perspective of "micro-renewal of places",the process and steps of guideline preparation are clarified to provide guidance for the subsequent guideline preparation practice.Finally,the technical guidelines for the restoration of ancient houses in Yangzhou are applied to the generalized framework of the basic and core work of the guidelines in Chapters 2 and 3,and the practical translation and application of the technical guidelines for the restoration of ancient houses is completed.
