| Switched reluctance motor(SRM)is widely used in new energy vehicles,household appliances,aerospace technology and many other fields because of its excellent comprehensive properties.As a key component of the SRM drive system,the power converter is also the most prone to failure.If its failure is not detected and removed in time,the operation of the entire system will be affected,resulting in catastrophic consequences.Although there are many research methods for power converter fault diagnosis,they are not mature enough.When there is noise in the operation of the system,the fault signal of the power converter is easy to be disturbed,leading to the occurrence of misdiagnosis.This paper proposes an interactive multi-model fault diagnosis for switched reluctance motors based on lowlatency anti-disturbance in order to solve the problems of fault false alarms and fault control failures caused by the reduction of fault identification accuracy and fault delay of SRM power converters in complex working conditions.Firstly,the basic principle and control method of the switched reluctance motor are introduced,and the main circuit of the asymmetric half-bridge SRM power converter is analyzed,and the corresponding equivalent circuit models under different working conditions are established.Then,a multi-fault model set is established for the single-phase dual-tube faults and multi-phase mixed faults of the main switching tube in the asymmetric halfbridge SRM power converter.Combined with interactive multi-fault diagnosis algorithm,the Kalman filter was employed to estimate the state of the model,and the fault detection and location were realized depending on the residual signal.Additionally,a transition probability correction function of the Interactive Multi-Model was constructed using the difference of the n-th order to suppress the influence of external disturbance on the fault diagnosis accuracy.Concurrently,a model jump threshold was introduced to reduce delay when the matched model was switched,so as to realize the rapid separation of faults and effective fault control.Finally,the designed SRM power converter fault diagnosis method is verified through simulation analysis and experimental research.The results show that the interactive multi-model algorithm based on low-latency disturbance immunity can effectively reduce the influence of complex working conditions and improve the failure of SRM power converters.The anti-interference ability of diagnosis can accurately and quickly identify fault information. |
