Hydrostatic thrust bearing is now widely used in large numerical control machine tools.With the rapid development of science and technology,modern industrial production has increasingly higher requirements for hydrostatic thrust bearing in terms of rotary precision,bearing performance and processing efficiency.In the actual production of hydrostatic thrust bearing,the oil film in the clearance is subjected to the combined action of shear and extrusion,which makes the temperature rise sharply,and the oil pad and the rotary table guide rail will undergo uneven thermal deformation and force deformation.In severe cases,the oil pad and the guide rail will be worn,which will lead to tribological failure and seriously affect the machining accuracy and stability.In this thesis,the friction pairs deformation of double rectangular cavity hydrostatic thrust bearing with different guide materials under different working conditions will be investigated.The oil supply mode,guide rail material of rotary table and lubricating oil model are selected,and the viscosity-temperature relationship of lubricating oil is fitted by MATLAB,and the viscosity-temperature relationship equation is derived.The flow equation,the bearing capacity equation,the matching relation between the thickness of the oil film and the load,the matching relation between the speed and the load and the governing equation of the oil film of the hydrostatic thrust bearing double rectangular cavity are established by using the theory of fluid mechanics and the principle of tribology.Solid Works is used to establish the three-dimensional model of the oil film of the hydrostatic thrust bearing as a whole and the double rectangular cavity.ANSYS ICEM-CFD is used to mesh the oil film,and ANSYS CFX is used to set the boundary conditions,and the temperature and pressure fields of the oil film under different loads and different speeds are obtained.It lays a foundation for the simulation of fluid-heat-solid coupling.According to the principle of heat transfer and the theory of elastoplastic deformation,the temperature and pressure fields under different loads and different speeds were coupled to the three-dimensional model of the hydrostatic thrust bearing by using ANSYS Workbench,and the fluid-heat-solid coupling deformation field of the friction pairs is obtained,and the deformation of the friction pairs of different guide materials is analyzed.The lubrication performance experiment with a load of 8t is carried out on the double rectangular cavity hydrostatic test bench with the guide rail material of cast iron.The data of oil film temperature,pressure and thickness(relative deformation of friction pairs)are collected and compared with the simulation data to verify the correctness of the simulation values and methods.
