| The research of integrated scheduling is an important way to meet the needs of customers for diversified and personalized products,however,there is no research on the integrated scheduling problem with deteriorating artifacts.Deterioration of the work-piece is deterioration of the work-piece,the deterioration of the work-piece is that there is a process in the process of processing or multi-process processing time will be extended with the extension of waiting time,finally,the finished time of the product is affected and the production efficiency is reduced.Therefore,it is necessary to study the integrated scheduling problem with deteriorating workpieces.For the situation that deteriorating jobs were not considered in previous comprehensive scheduling studies,and the impact of deteriorating jobs on product completion was ignored,a single vehicle comprehensive scheduling algorithm with deteriorating jobs was proposed from the perspective of deteriorating processes and factors.The algorithm first generates the initial processing sequence according to the proposed deterioration factor pattern recognition strategy and judges the occupation of processing equipment when the deteriorating operation is machinable.Then it proposes the deterioration factor waiting decision strategy and the deterioration factor delay offset strategy to adjust the operation processing sequence according to the occupation of processing equipment.The algorithm reduces the impact of deterioration time on product completion time,and improves the production efficiency of products.Aiming at the situation that there are deteriorating jobs and flexible equipment in the comprehensive scheduling of single car,a comprehensive scheduling algorithm for single car with deteriorating jobs and flexible equipment is proposed.Based on the algorithm in Chapter 3,the algorithm proposes a flexible equipment compression pre scheduling strategy of deteriorating process tree,which compresses the flexible equipment process tree into a common process tree and generates an initial processing sequence.Then,the algorithm proposes a deteriorating process polling replacement adjustment strategy,a deteriorating process conflict adjustment strategy,and a recursive process classification adjustment strategy to adjust the conflict of different types of process processing equipment to generate the final processing sequence,This algorithm reduces the impact of deterioration time on product completion,and takes into account the scheduling sequence of deteriorating operations and common operations,so that products can be completed as early as possible.Aiming at the problem of master-slave mirror shop scheduling with deteriorating jobs and flexible equipment,a master-slave mirror shop scheduling algorithm with deteriorating jobs and flexible equipment is proposed.This algorithm adjusts the processing sequence generated by the comprehensive scheduling algorithm of a single workshop with deteriorating workpieces and flexible equipment.First,it proposes a leaf node operation migration decision strategy to determine the migration of leaf node operations in the process tree.Then,it proposes a non leaf node operation forward and migration decision strategy to adjust the forward and migration of non leaf node operations,Finally,a workshop synchronization strategy is proposed to determine the start processing time and processing equipment of operations whose immediate preceding operations are not processed in the same workshop,which reduces the impact of deterioration time and operation migration time on product completion and shortens the product completion time.For the scenario of deteriorating parts and flexible equipment in the process of integrated scheduling,this paper proposes a corresponding algorithm,and then illustrates the applicability and superiority of the algorithm in practice through an example. |
