With the development of science and technology,high-voltage switching power supplies have been widely used in secondary heating systems in the fields of nuclear fusion,high-voltage testing,high-voltage electrostatic dust removal,and negative ion generators,and they are playing an increasingly critical role.In terms of the capacity of the power supply,higher and higher requirements are put forward,which not only require the power of the power supply system,but also the reliability of the system.For the expansion of power supply capacity,the previous centralized large-capacity power supply system is gradually being replaced by a modular power supply series-parallel combination system.In this paper,starting from actual engineering problems,a 5A/1k V high-voltage DC power supply module that can output in series is developed.Compared with the traditional high-voltage DC power supply,which has the characteristics of large output pulsation and low output voltage,this paper will use the principle of switching power supply to design the AC voltage through the previous step-down transformer,rectifier filter link,inverter link,and transformer boost Link and output rectifier link to obtain high-voltage direct current.And multiple modules can be used in series to meet the high voltage requirements of the load.The input rectification part adopts a three-phase bridge uncontrolled rectifier circuit,and the inverter part adopts a single-phase full-bridge inverter circuit with IGBT as the switching device.Finally,after the high-frequency transformer and the single-phase uncontrolled rectifier circuit,the output load required high The voltage is small and the current is small.The control part adopts PWM control technology,uses DSP as the core of the control circuit,designs the drive circuit and the protection circuit,calculates the parameters of the electronic components of each part of the circuit,gives specific selection suggestions,and designs the output rectifier transformer parameters in detail.The pressure equalization problem between the modules is specially explained.Finally,the feasibility and rationality of the design scheme are verified through simulation.
