| BIM technology is an emerging construction technology that is increasingly being used in the construction industry.BIM can provide comprehensive services for roles such as consultants,construction sides,supervisors,and owners.It combines all stages of construction and design,therefore BIM can effectively change the collaborative relationship of engineering projects.The three major objectives of project management are schedule,cost,and quality.During the project implementation stage,cost objectives are a prerequisite,quality control is fundamental,and schedule objectives and management are the central focus.Therefore,construction schedule management has always been the daily focus of managers,and is also a difficult point of control and a problem-prone area in project management.Currently,domestic construction schedule management mostly stays in the traditional management methods such as progress controlling and error correcting.The results are often not ideal,due to many limitations such as poor timeliness,low flexibility,and inadequate collaboration.In a word,the current schedule management methods are difficult to achieve realistic goals.Advanced project schedule management technology applications are limited,especially the application research of BIM technology in construction schedule management is relatively rare.Currently,the application of advanced project schedule management technology,(especially BIM)is limited.The application of BIM technology in project schedule management can be a supplement to the current schedule management theory,which will make project schedule management more effective.This paper takes the J scheduling center project as the research object,and discusses the problems in its schedule management progress under current situation.Due to the delay in the start of the project,difficulty in coordination and communication between multiple participating units,it will be difficult to complete according to the original schedule using traditional critical path methods.This paper uses BIM technology to realize real-time progress tracking,progress deviation analysis,and progress plan adjustment in construction projects.This thesis also analyzes and summarizes application of BIM in construction project schedule management.And through specific examples and stage-wise application verification,the value of BIM technology has been proved.This paper suggests implementing assurance strategies for managing project schedules in J scheduling center construction projects,in order to guarantee the efficiency of the schedule management process and timely completion of the project. |
