| Nonlinear insulating dielectric refers to the insulating dielectric whose conductivity and/or dielectric constant changes with the electric field.The field-enhanced nonlinear insulating dielectric can realize the adaptive matching of material performance parameters with the size of spatial electric field,and has the function of self-regulating electric field distribution and avoiding electric field concentration in an inhomogeneous electric field,so it is called "intelligent insulating material" or "electric stress regulating material" and has a wide range of application prospects.When the nonlinear insulating dielectric is in actual working condition,its transient performance is very important,so it needs to carry out detailed and in-depth study of its transient dielectric properties,and in order to study its transient dielectric properties,it is necessary to have enough reliable and accurate algorithms for solving transient dielectric parameters.This paper simulates the potential decay process of dielectric based on the nonlinear insulated dielectric three-branch equivalent circuit,analyzes and optimizes the transient dielectric parameter solution algorithm through the simulation data,and then proposes the calculation flow of the algorithm in practical applications with the optimized algorithm as the core.First,the corresponding circuit equations in the open circuit depolarization state are established based on the nonlinear insulated dielectric three-branch equivalent circuit,and the corresponding simulation m odel is built in Simulink through the mathematical calculation module to obtain the corresponding simulation data.The results show that the existing segment linearization algorithm is difficult to obtain correct results,and the robustness and accuracy of the algorithm is poor.By analyzing the principle of the algorithm,the main factors affecting the accuracy of the algorithm are proposed,and the optimization methods for solving the algorithm are proposed step by step according to these influencing factors,and each of the proposed optimization methods is solved and calculated using the simulation data,and the reliability and robustness of the improved algorithm are evaluated and analyzed.Finally,the optimized equivalent circuit model segment linearization algorithm is used as the core,and the data processing method and cal culation process based on the measured data are proposed.A set of measured data of10wt% Si C/LDPE specimens is calculated,which gives a more perfect solution scheme for the transient dielectric parameters of nonlinear insulation for the measured data and provides a tool for deeper research. |
