FPSO is known as the "offshore oil factory",which can process,store,and transport oil extracted from the seabed.When FPSO is working,it will be affected by sea winds,waves,and currents.Especially when the external excitation frequency is close to the first-order natural frequency of the liquid cargo in the ship’s cargo tank,resonance occurs between the cargo tank and the external excitation,leading to severe sloshing of the cargo in the tank.Especially when the cargo in the tank is not fully loaded,the sloshing will be more severe,and the cargo will generate huge sloshing impact pressure and torque on the cargo tank wall,The strong shaking impact pressure and torque generated pose a serious threat to the structural safety of the liquid tank wall.In order to prevent such situations from occurring,this article conducts relevant research on the problem of liquid cargo resistance in FPSO tanks.The main work content is as follows:(1)Taking a cargo tank of a 300000 ton FPSO oil tanker as the research object,the scale model is established,and the corresponding numerical model is established by using the Reynolds number similarity and the Froude number similarity.(2)Analyze the characteristics of liquid cargo sloshing when there is no partition in the cabin,and determine the external excitation frequency and amplitude selected in this article;And from the perspectives of changes in free liquid surface waveform,shaking impact pressure,and free liquid surface elevation,a comparative analysis was conducted on the anti shaking effect of installing vertical rigid and vertical flexible partitions at the bottom of the liquid tank on liquid cargo.It was found that the anti shaking effect of flexible partitions was better than that of rigid partitions.(3)Analyzing the inhibitory effect of structural stiffness and height changes of flexible partitions on the sloshing of liquid cargo in the tank under three different liquid loading rates,it was found through comparison that when the liquid cargo is at low and medium liquid loading rates,the stiffness of the partition should be taken as the middle value of the stiffness range of the flexible material partition used;When the liquid cargo has a high liquid loading rate,it is better for the flexible material partition to have a slightly higher stiffness.When the liquid cargo has low and medium liquid loading rates,and the height of the partition is consistent with the liquid loading rate,the anti shaking effect is the best;When the liquid cargo has a high liquid content and the height of the partition is 75%of the liquid loading rate,the best anti shaking effect is achieved.
