| Shield construction has become one of the important construction methods in the field of underground engineering due to its safety and efficiency.As the most important mechanical lining of shield tunnel,the design,construction and monitoring of tunnel segments have become the key to the construction and safe operation of shield tunnel.With the in-depth application of BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology in tunnel construction,the tunnel construction information management platform built based on BIM model can achieve the purpose of visual control of the whole process of tunnel construction.On the other hand,different from the relatively simple mechanical behavior in the field of housing construction,the complex mechanical mechanism in the construction process of shield tunnel makes the importance of tunnel structure deformation control and segment health monitoring particularly prominent.In order to further explore the application of BIM technology in shield tunnel construction,the following aspects of research are carried out in this paper:(1)Parametric modeling of shield tunnel is explored.Based on Revit parametric modeling method and Dynamo visual programming principle,rapid modeling of segments and tunnel is realized,which provides strong technical support for realizing visualization and information management of tunnel construction;(2)The finite element software Midas GTS NX was used to study the stress of the segment at each construction stage,and the distribution law of stress and internal force of the segment under different working conditions was obtained.It provides a reference for segment design,construction scheme design and construction method improvement,and also provides a basis for the selection of threshold value and layout of segment health monitoring system based on BIM technology;(3)Based on the selection of parameters in the tunneling process of shield tunnel,the soil deformation law in the construction process of shield tunnel is studied.Through the numerical simulation results,the influence of shield tunneling pressure and isotropic layer thickness on soil settlement during tunnel construction is analyzed.Combined with the engineering monitoring data,the numerical simulation results are verified and corrected,and appropriate deformation control measures are proposed to guide the construction control management;(4)Based on the BIM parameterized design model created in the design stage,BIM technology is combined with the health monitoring of shield segment structure,and a BIM technology-based visualization and early warning method of shield segment health monitoring information is proposed,which realizes the visualization of monitoring information and improves the informatization level of tunnel construction and later operation monitoring. |
