The 14th Five-Year Plan mentions that in promoting the construction of low-carbon facilities and equipment will focus on promoting the construction of charging facilities and equipment in public transportation areas,and promoting the low-carbon diversified development of energy use in public transportation.With the rapid growth of new energy vehicle production and sales,charging difficulties and charging anxiety are becoming more and more obvious,and the improvement of charging service experience will help the promotion and popularity of new energy vehicle industry.Based on the service design theory,this project analyzes the user needs in the scenario of long-distance travel of new energy electric vehicle users,and continues to understand the actual needs of users based on the long-distance travel scenario through user online comment mining,observation method,questionnaire method and interview method.Through the five main stages of user journey diagram,we obtain the key service touch points,transform the user pain points into functional requirements and design elements,and use them to guide the output of the charging service system design strategy in the context of long-distance travel,produce the product service system diagram,service blueprint,software design and hardware design solutions,and conduct usability tests on the software solutions.This topic is based on the design of charging service system in the long-distance travel scenario of new energy trams,which improves the experience process of charging anxiety in the long-distance travel scenario,enriches the research perspective in this field,and has positive reference and practical value for improving the systematic service in the field of new energy tram charging.
