Abstract/Summary:
With the development of modern science and technology and the improvement of national economic level,the industry scale of water surfing has been expanding year by year,the social foundation of water surfing has been consolidated year by year,and the electric surfboard has gradually become the mainstream in the market.The power of the surfboard mainly comes from the operation of the non inductive DC motor in the body cavity.Therefore,as its core part,the control of the non inductive DC motor will directly affect the working performance of the electric surfboard.First of all,this paper briefly describes the development of non inductive DC motor and its application prospect in electric surfboard,comprehensively analyzes the operation principle of non inductive DC motor and the basic structure of drive control,and establishes the relevant mathematical model.The principle of back electromotive force(EMF)controlling the operation of non inductive DC motor is described in detail.For two different motor starting algorithms,three-stage starting algorithm and short-time pulse inductance detection method,in-depth research is carried out,and the model is built through Matlab/Simulink platform to test the feasibility and stability of short-time pulse inductance detection method.Through the analysis and test of its advantages and disadvantages,an improved long short pulse starting algorithm is designed to realize the stable starting of the inductionless DC motor.Secondly,a double closed loop intelligent control method based on adaptive particle swarm optimization(PSO)for PI parameters is proposed,and its design method and composition are described.Compared with the traditional PID control method,this kind of multivariable and nonlinear control system has better regulation effect.The Matlab/Simulink platform is used for simulation testing,and the model of the adaptive particle swarm PI double closed loop speed control system is completed.The feasibility and advantages of the method in the sensorless DC motor controller are verified by comparing the speed,torque,current and other data with the traditional PID closed loop control method.Thirdly,with DSP28035 as the main control chip,the hardware circuit of the noninductive DC motor controller is designed,and the software is designed according to the hardware circuit and the overall starting algorithm and intelligent control method of the control system.Based on the WPF framework,the upper computer software interface of the noninductive DC motor is designed,and the experimental platform is built.Finally,the experimental platform test of the brushless DC motor controller was completed,and the assembly and water surface test of the brushless DC motor controller in the electric surfboard were completed.The experimental results show that the improved long short pulse starting algorithm can accurately locate the initial position of the motor rotor during the starting process;In the case of no load or load,the motor starts stably,the three-phase voltage waveform is stable,and the speed error is small;In the adaptive particle swarm PI double closed loop control,the motor can quickly reach the steady state,and quickly adjust the motor torque and speed according to the load change,to provide stable phase current,which improves the robustness of the overall system.
