Research On Resettlement Willingness And Influencing Factors Of Reservoir Resettlement

Energy consumption is rising daily along with the economy of China’s rapid growth.The strain on China’s energy supply has been significantly reduced by the building of numerous massive water conservation and hydropower projects.However,the growth of hydropower supplies has also led to a significant influx of immigrants into the reservoir region.The impact of reservoir resettlement will immediately affect the development of the project,the exertion of benefits,and even the security of society as it is a crucial component in the building of water conservancy and hydroelectric projects.Therefore,whether reservoir resettlement can be properly arranged is an important component of judging the success or failure of project construction.Exploring reservoir resettlement willingness as an important way to respect the main position of migrants,thereby increasing their standard of living,enhancing their sense of fulfillment,and preserving societal order,is a key factor that deserves attention in reservoir resettlement.Based on this situation,it has become a significant research topic to fully understand the willingness of reservoir resettlement and address the concerns of immigrants.Firstly,based on the theoretical achievements of economics,sociology,and psychology related to the willingness of immigrants to relocate at home and abroad,this article expounds the relevant concepts of reservoir resettlement willingness;Secondly,based on the current situation of reservoir resettlement in China,the classification of reservoir resettlement methods,the general principles for selecting resettlement methods,and the main factors affecting the selection are analyzed;Thirdly,a variable system of influencing factors on resettlement willingness of reservoir migrants is constructed with migration attitudes,external drivers,psychological expectations,learning and cognitive abilities,and recovery and adaptation abilities as the core.These latent variables are assigned observation variables through SEM methods to explore the influencing factors and significant characteristics of resettlement willingness;At the same time,the model is applied to a specific example of CSD reservoir resettlement to verify the reliability of the model and draw corresponding conclusions;In addition,from the perspective of the tripartite game between the resettlement subjects-government,developers,and immigrants,combined with the characteristics and needs of all parties,the main conflicts and problems faced by reservoir resettlement are analyzed,and a tripartite benefit matrix is established.Based on a dynamic evolutionary game model,the perfect Nash equilibrium state of the sub game that the tripartite game ultimately tends to is calculated;Finally,based on the analysis of the wishes of all parties involved in resettlement,targeted suggestions are proposed for reservoir resettlement,providing a new perspective and thinking for research and practice of reservoir resettlement.
