| With the development of society,high-voltage transmission lines become more and more important due to the increase of mileage.Due to long-term exposure to high altitudes in the wild,various factors such as self-weight,wind,frost,rain and snow will affect them and they need to be checked regularly.In recent years,transmission line patrol robot has attracted more and more attention due to its advantages of high precision,low risk and low cost.How to guarantee their endurance effectively and economically has become a key problem to be solved.In this paper,the linear patrol robot designed by our research group is taken as the research object.In order to solve the energy problem of its long-term continuous work,the main research work is as follows:1.Analyzed the energy consumption of the line patrol robot designed by the research group under typical working conditions such as uphill,downhill and obstacle crossing,and obtained the required average power consumption and battery capacity;2.Simulate the relationship between the intake power,input side parameters and the parameters of the intake power device under different conditions,determine the optimal key parameters of the intake power device,and design an induction power device according to the induction principle,robot structure,and the relationship between power and parameters;3.The design of the power supply circuit can be the output voltage rectification,filtering,DC-DC can directly supply the line patrol robot or to obtain a stable voltage to the robot battery charge,the battery to provide electric energy for the robot.The results show that the sensor can meet the long endurance requirements of this type of line patrol robot. |
