With the implementation of our country’s maritime power strategy, our country’s investment in ocean development has gradually increased. At the same time, our country is also actively promoting the development and production of marine military equipment, thus gaining the initiative in future disputes over maritime rights. The sonar system,as the best way to obtain information in the ocean,is becoming increasingly important.Meanwhile, with the rapid development of underwater divers and vessels, the detection of small underwater targets has become particularly important. However, active sonar often comes with the problem of reverberation interference due to its working mode. Therefore, how to reduce the interference of oceanic reverberation is a key issue to be solved in underwater active detection.Firstly, this paper, based on the fundamental theory of active sonar, researches and analyzes traditional time-space processing methods.Using match filtering and beamforming theory to elaborate on the basic framework of active sonar detection.Because the conventional matched filtering and beamforming have limited angle resolution and distance resolution, this paper introduces the deconvolution algorithm to combine with the matched filtering and beamforming respectively to enhance the angle resolution performance and distance resolution performance in turn.It further combines them into a two-dimensional deconvolution algorithm to simultaneously improve angle and distance resolution performance.Secondly,in order to suppress the reverberation interference in active detection, this paper has carried out research on the reverberation suppression method based on matrix reconstruction.By analyzing the reverberation correlation between multi-frame distance bearing spectra for reverberation modeling, the matrix reconstruction reverberation suppression algorithm based on dynamic modal decomposition and robust principal component analysis is analyzed and studied, and the effectiveness of the matrix reconstruction reverberation suppression algorithm is verified by simulation. Finally, this paper combines the first part with the second part, using two-dimensional deconvolution and matrix reconstruction reverberation suppression algorithm to respectively enhance the resolution performance of active detection and reverberation suppression performance. The truncation nuclear norm and sparse regularization are introduced into robust principal component analysis to suppress reverberation of multi-frame distance bearing spectra, which is superior to the above two matrix reconstruction anti-reverberation methods.Through the processing of experimental data, the effectiveness of the improved algorithm in this paper is verified, and a clearer target and target motion trajectory is obtained.
