| Whether it is wireless charging for micro air vehicles and satellites in the air,or wireless charging for electrical appliances such as automobiles and mobile phones,the disadvantages of traditional wired power transmission equipment are becoming more and more obvious,and it will be difficult to meet the application requirements in the future,and wireless power transmission will become a trend.Laser wireless power transmission technology gets rid of the shackles of traditional power lines,and with high sensitivity tracking and aiming system,it can provide flexible and real-time power supply to moving targets.Laser can not only emit at any exit angle in free space,but also maintain a high energy density.The main work of this paper is as follows:Design a laser wireless power transmission system,including laser emitting unit,photovoltaic receiving unit and power management unit.The laser emitting unit consists of an808 nm semiconductor laser and a collimating lens group.The photovoltaic receiving unit consists of a collecting lens,a doped GaAs photovoltaic cell and a thermal management device.The power management unit consists of DC-DC boost rectifier circuit and maximum power tracking circuit.Because the 808 nm laser is used as the atmospheric transmission window,the semiconductor laser has the advantages of high electro-optical conversion efficiency,miniaturization,easy integration,etc.Finally,the 808 nm semiconductor laser with the maximum output power of 50 W and continuous output is selected.Because of the large divergence angle of the semiconductor laser,the laser is collimated by the collimating lens group and then emitted.The collecting lens is used to collect the edge energy of the laser spot and adjust the size of the laser spot.The doped GaAs photovoltaic cell has the advantages of high conversion efficiency,good temperature characteristics,strong plasticity and long service life.DIC004ASL-LB2 laser water cooler is used as the thermal management device.SX1308 DC-DC boost circuit and CN3791 maximum power tracking circuit are used as power management units for boost rectification and maximum power tracking.The experimental research of laser wireless power transmission are carried out.The output characteristics of doped GaAs photovoltaic cells under different laser irradiation powers,different irradiation angles and different temperatures were measured by experiments.The experimental results show that the photoelectric conversion efficiency of photovoltaic cells reaches 43.2% at 0.5W laser power,and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of photovoltaic cells is the highest at normal incidence,and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of photovoltaic cells is higher at 288 K.This paper discusses the power stability and output power of laser when it is disturbed in the propagation process and uses DC-DC boost rectifier circuit and maximum power tracking circuit.When the laser power is 4W,the output short-circuit current of photovoltaic cell is 130 m A,and the open-circuit voltage is 4.16 V,the mobile phone is successfully charged,the motor is driven and the LED lamp is lit.The research results have certain application value for laser wireless power transmission in long-term endurance of unmanned aerial vehicles and space energy transmission technology in complex environment... |
