| China is a big automobile manufacturing country.After the reform and opening up,the country has vigorously developed the automobile manufacturing industry.The total output of automobiles has leaped from the fifth in the world in 2002 to the first in the world in 2009,and the total volume has been the first in the world for 13 consecutive years.It is estimated that a car is assembled from more than 10000 independent parts that cannot be disassembled.Nowadays,vehicle manufacturers do not produce all the parts themselves,but entrust most of the parts to parts suppliers.Vehicle manufacturers only produce key parts and final products.As the upstream of automobile manufacturing enterprises,automobile parts manufacturing enterprises and automobile manufacturing enterprises promote and develop together.New product development is the key business of automobile parts manufacturing enterprises.The management of new product development affects the quality of products,as well as the reputation,efficiency and cooperation with automobile manufacturers.At present,it has become a serious problem that how to develop new products simultaneously with vehicle manufacturers when epidemic situations occur frequently.Digital transformation is the key to solving the problem.To realize the digital transformation of new product development can not only gradually complete the transformation of enterprise strategy,but also improve the ability of new product development and management,break through the limitations of epidemic situation,better serve the whole vehicle factory,and enhance the competitive advantage of parts enterprises.This paper introduces the unique development process of new products(auto sheet metal parts)of B Auto Parts Company and the status quo of new product development management.Through questionnaire survey,the main problems in new product development management are found out.Based on the analysis of the survey results and expert interviews,find out and analyze the factors that affect the development and management of new products of B Auto Parts Company in terms of digital transformation one by one,and combine the factor analysis and relevant theories to formulate a plan for the optimization of the development and management of new products of B Auto Parts Company from four aspects: organizational structure,management process,management system,and management mode,and propose the guarantee measures for the plan,It provides a path for B car parts company to effectively carry out new product development management.Optimize the organizational structure of B Auto Parts Company,flatten and adjust the organizational structure from the perspective of functions and structure operation,and make the organization a cross department and cross company joint development team,so as to improve the response speed and service quality of the team;Determine the key functions based on the impact of digital transformation,reorganize the existing processes based on the quality system requirements and customer requirements,determine the key tasks in the new product development process,and divide the stages to improve and optimize the management process,which is more suitable for digital transformation;Improve and add new product development management system based on the company’s current situation and survey results;Optimize the management mode of new product development through the functions that can be realized by digital information technology.Finally,from the three aspects of capital,personnel and information security,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the digital transformation guarantee of new product development management. |
