With the progress of The Times and the development of science and technology,contact thermal resistance has been paid more and more attention in both engineering practice and science and technology.Many engineering and scientific directions,such as space nuclear reactors,aerospace,electronic technology,superconductors,energy,machining,chemical processes,biomedicine,and various instruments,need to enhance heat transfer by reducing thermal contact resistance,so as to establish good heat conduction paths.So the research of thermal contact resistance is of great significance to many fields.In this paper,the steady-state method,which is easy to achieve and has high precision,is selected to set up an experimental device,and the contact thermal resistance under high temperature and high pressure and special gas environment conditions is studied.The experimental results show that when the contact surface is lower than 500℃,the higher the contact surface temperature and pressure,the smaller the interface contact thermal resistance,the smaller the contact surface roughness,the smaller the interface thermal resistance.When the temperature of the contact surface is higher than 500℃,the material of the specimen is deformed at high temperature,and the influence of the temperature,pressure and roughness of the contact surface on the thermal resistance of the interface shows no obvious rule.The thermal contact resistance in He environment is much smaller than that in CO2 environment.This paper also independently developed a set of contact thermal resistance database query system.This software can select roughness,contact surface clearance,pressure,temperature and interpolation algorithm to accurately query the corresponding contact thermal resistance.At the same time,it can also store experimental data and provide a powerful reference for future scientific research and engineering applications.At the same time,this paper uses Fourier series to reproduce the rough interface,establishes the corresponding model in ANSYS,and obtains the corresponding contact thermal resistance after the simulation of experimental conditions.By comparing the contact thermal resistance obtained by numerical simulation and experimental measurement,it is found that the two are in good agreement,the relative error is less than 20%,and analyzes the causes of error.The correctness of the simulation model is further verified.Then the model is used to predict the thermal contact resistance in vacuum environment and analyze the difference between it and gas environment.
