| With the development of the new era,logistics technology in enterprises is undergoing a revolutionary progress.More and more steel companies are automating,intelligentizing,and informatizing their logistics systems to improve work efficiency and increase profits.In order to improve business efficiency and competitiveness,enterprises need to keep up with the times and adopt the latest technology to optimize their logistics systems.Through research on vehicle navigation technology and logistics route planning systems,this project has found the following shortcomings of traditional logistics systems:1)the work of assigning loading and unloading warehouses to vehicles is often done by warehouse managers based on personal experience,which is easily influenced by personal preferences;2)general navigation software lacks necessary information about the park and cannot provide customized services;3)at present,steel logistics distribution mainly relies on human communication to obtain real-time order information,which causes companies to be unable to update and monitor order information in a timely manner.To address the aforementioned issues,this article proposes a logistics route planning system based on vehicle navigation technology to optimize the management,monitoring,and order dispatching efficiency of steel enterprises’ logistics delivery vehicles.The system performs intelligent logistics route planning based on real-time road conditions to improve overall logistics revenue.The system mainly implements three functional modules:1)vehicle warehouse matching module:using intelligent vehicle warehouse matching algorithm to allocate loading and unloading warehouses for vehicles,solving the problem of uneven distribution and low efficiency caused by manual allocation;2)path planning module:continuously tracking the vehicle’s position,providing more customized navigation services for vehicles based on the actual park map and logistics delivery process to solve the problem that general navigation software cannot provide full-stage navigation;3)information management module:storing and managing system data information,and encapsulating various interfaces for module-to-module function calls to solve the problem of traditional logistics systems’ information updates being untimely and delivery processes being opaque.Vehicle navigation technology plays an important role in the logistics route planning system.This technology builds a two-dimensional digital model of the park map and tracks the vehicle’s position in real-time.Using path planning algorithm based on the vehicle-warehouse matching result,the system recommends the best driving path for the vehicle and navigates it to the destination,ultimately completing the full-stage logistics delivery navigation guidance function for the driver.In addition,the system provides a logistics production visualization dashboard for enterprise managers to monitor production status.The system has been deployed to the enterprise’s production system and has been tested to meet the expected requirements.The use of this system reduces labor costs,ensures the timeliness and safety of delivery processes,and enhances the competitiveness of steel enterprises in the industry. |
