The express logistics industry is of great significance to the smart manufacturing and determines the overall efficiency of the smart manufacturing system.It is particularly important to carry out comprehensive optimization research on express network to meet the requirements of smart manufacturing on express logistics in terms of efficiency and personalized delivery in the context of deep integration between express industry and manufacturing industry.In this paper,we take multimodal express network as the optimization target,and use mathematical modeling and optimization algorithm design for different problem scenarios to conduct comprehensive optimization for multimodal express network structure and transportation path.The main research results and contents are as follows:(1)A comprehensive optimization model of multimodal express network structure and transportation path is established under the case of hub node selection and non-hub node assignment determination.The model takes the total network cost including transportation cost,transfer cost,waiting cost and sorting cost as the objective function,and takes into account various influencing factors such as rail and air transportation schedule,transportation time constraint and node handling capacity constraint,etc.,and determines the transportation mode and transportation path selection of the network through the optimization solution of the model.In order to solve the model,the design of the model optimization solution algorithm is carried out based on the structure of simulated annealing algorithm,and the verification of the feasibility and validity of the model algorithm is completed with the calculation examples.(2)In the case of uncertainty of hub node selection and non-hub node assignment,an integrated optimization model of multimodal express network structure and transportation path based on network reconfigurability is established based on the structure of axle-spoke network.On the basis of the first part of the model,the constraints on the total carbon emission of the network are added to realize the control of the carbon emission of the network in the process of model optimization solution.Combining the characteristics of the problem and the model,a hybrid optimization algorithm is designed based on the simulated annealing algorithm and the ant algorithm,and the model is solved step by step.Numerical examples show that the model and algorithm can obtain more cost-advantageous express network structure and transportation path optimization results through network structure and transportation path optimization.(3)Under the uncertainty of hub node selection and non-hub node assignment,a comprehensive optimization model of multimodal express network structure and transportation path based on network reconfigurability is established based on the structure of hybrid axle-spoke network.On the basis of the second part of the model,the design of direct route opening between non-hub nodes is added,and the network carbon emission cost,which takes the network carbon emission as the basis for calculation,is designed and incorporated into the total network cost calculation to achieve the reduction of the transportation detour problem between nodes and the control of network carbon emission through economic means.A hybrid optimization algorithm solution model based on rational allocation of algorithmic resources and elite ant colony algorithm is designed,and the model and algorithm are validated.
