The steel plate-concrete composite shear wall,which has been widely used in high-rise and super high-rise building projects at home and abroad,has the advantages of factory production and assembly,which can effectively improve the construction efficiency,shorten the construction period,and improve the overall stiffness of the lateral force-resistant components.with strength.Based on previous research on corrugated steel plate shear wall,a new type of vertical embedded semicircular corrugated double-layer steel plate concrete composite shear wall is proposed,which is applied to prefabricated buildings.Compared with other forms of corrugated steel plates,semi-circular corrugated steel plates are simple and convenient to manufacture,and can realize mass production in factories.It can be stacked after prefabrication,which is beneficial to the transportation after production and the saving of storage space.At the same time,the bolt installation speed is fast,which can better ensure the construction quality.It can also effectively avoid local stress concentration,increase the contact area between the corrugated surface and the concrete,and solve the problem of relative slippage after the combination of the embedded flat steel plate and the concrete.At present,there are relatively few related researches on the embedded semicircular section corrugated double-layer concrete shear wall at home and abroad.Therefore,the research on the force mechanism of the prefabricated composite shear wall with better performance and more economic value has theoretical and application value.In this thesis,the ABAQUS numerical simulation method is used to analyze the lateral force resistance of the embedded semicircular corrugated double-layer steel plate composite shear wall.The influence of each parameter on the form design of shear wall is discussed,the practical and economical analysis of its size design is put forward,and the design optimization suggestion is put forward under the condition of satisfying the requirements of lateral force resistance.The orthogonal test analysis method in numerical analysis is introduced,and the parameter combination analysis of the embedded semicircular corrugated double-layer steel plate composite shear wall is carried out.The degree of influence of the ductility coefficient,by introducing the yield ratio,ultimate bearing capacity ratio and residual bearing capacity ratio of the wall,and analyzing the optimal value range of the parameters,it provides new ideas and reference values for the optimization of actual engineering components,which has a good guiding significance for the optimization and selection of the structure.According to the finite element simulation calculation results of solid shear wall,a simplified model of equivalent cross bracing in line with its stress principle is proposed.The concrete and the embedded semicircular double-layer corrugated steel plate are regarded as a composite material,and the lateral stiffness and material properties of the composite shear wall are equivalent to the corresponding elastic modulus and area according to the volume ratio.Through simulation verification,it is found that the initial stiffness is in good agreement,and it is considered that the simplified model can better simulate the stiffness of the solid composite shear wall in the elastic stage.In order to explore the lateral force resistance performance of the embedded semicircular corrugated double-layer steel plate shear wall under horizontal force loading,and whether the simplified model is suitable for the overall model,a fine overall model and a simplified overall model were established using ABAQUS.After the calculation results,it is found that the simplified model of equivalent cross bracing can be applied to the lateral force analysis of the overall structure to a certain extent,and can effectively improve the overall calculation efficiency.
