Since the reform and opening up,the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises has entered the mixed stage of "mechanism" after going through the mixed stage of "form","capital" and "property"(He Ying and Yang Lin,2021).The Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Major Issues concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Reform adopted at the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee clearly puts forward the requirements of classified mixed reform.It is necessary to improve the targeted reform,the effectiveness of supervision and the scientific nature of assessment and evaluation by defining functions and categories,implementing classified mixed reform,classified development,classified supervision,classified responsibility assessment and classified assessment.Household appliances industry belongs to competitive enterprises.For such enterprises,we should focus on the company’s business performance and market competitiveness,and strive to promote the overall listing.Combined with the background of classified mixed reform of state-owned enterprises,this paper takes the home appliance industry as the entry point and Gree Electric Appliances as an example to explore the impact of mixed reform of home appliance enterprises on performance,and proposes specific suggestions for the mixed reform of home appliance enterprises.In terms of content arrangement,firstly,relevant literature and theoretical basis are sorted out;Secondly,combined with the characteristics of home appliance industry,the influence path of mixed reform on performance of home appliance enterprises and the construction of performance evaluation system of mixed reform of home appliance enterprises are studied.Next,a concrete case of Gree Electric Appliances’ mixed reform is taken to verify the above theory,and the performance of Gree Electric Appliances after the mixed reform is comprehensively evaluated through the analysis of five dimensions.Finally,the paper summarizes the experience of Gree Electric Appliances’ mixed-reform practice and provides suggestions and references for the mixed-reform of other household appliance state-owned enterprises.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the mixed reform of household appliance enterprises is conducive to improving the internal governance structure of the enterprise,maintaining the interests of all stakeholders,and realizing the unity of interests;(2)The mixed reform of household appliance enterprises is conducive to enhancing brand attention and stimulating external governance effectiveness;(3)The mixed reform of household appliance enterprises is conducive to optimizing the allocation of resources and realizing the diversified transformation of enterprises.At the same time,through theoretical analysis and case study,suggestions are put forward for the mixed reform of household appliance enterprises:(1)The comprehensive strength of strategic investors should be fully considered in the mixed reform,and the appropriate investors should be selected according to the needs of enterprises;(2)Private enterprises should be given enough say,in order to better play the equity balance effect;(3)To establish a modern corporate governance structure,the board of directors as the core of the governance structure;(4)A market-based incentive and restraint mechanism should be formed by establishing a performance-related floating distribution mechanism and employee stock ownership and building a professional manager market nationwide.
