In recent years,due to the double impact of the epidemic and the March 21 incident,the number of flights of Chinese civil aviation has been sharply reduced.In addition to the original occupational pressure,frontline personnel have frequent contact with epidemic prevention work and their income has decreased.Production commanders of SX branch of China Eastern Airlines are also faced with problems such as post promotion and salary adjustment after department reform.The superposition of complex situations undoubtedly adds multiple pressures to the work of production commanders.Therefore,an in-depth analysis of the causes of occupational stress of production commanders in SX Branch of China Eastern Airlines and a targeted occupational stress management strategy are helpful to enrich the theories related to stress research and management of production commanders.Moreover,for human resource management departments in SX branch of China Eastern Airlines and even the entire civil aviation industry,It has certain practical value in employee occupational stress management,improving employee happiness index and promoting enterprise performance development.Based on the theory of three-stage stress and individual-environment matching,this paper adopts the methods of personnel interview and questionnaire survey to explore the causes of occupational stress of the research object and provide practical management countermeasures.The occupational pressure of production commanders in SX Branch of China Eastern Airlines mainly comes from the aspects of high safety requirements,complex workplace environment and tedious work content,and most commanders are under great pressure but fail to carry out effective pressure management.Based on theoretical analysis and survey interviews,this paper is carried out from four levels,that is,from the level of "individual management",the individual needs to improve the individual ability in the cognition of occupational characteristics,role competence training and other aspects;From the level of "social support",it is proposed that cultivating individuals’ good self-cognitive ability will play a positive role in interpersonal relationship processing and self-pressure regulation.From the level of "working environment",it puts forward countermeasures such as improving the environment to relieve pressure,establishing effective communication mechanism and perfecting the organization and leadership mechanism.From the level of "organizational support",it proposes to adjust the individual pressure in work organization and career development to improve the individual pressure bearing ability,and puts forward the guarantee mechanism from the three aspects of "cultural atmosphere","organizational management" and "fund level".Through the research of this paper,it is expected to relieve the occupational pressure of production commanders in SX Branch of China Eastern Airlines,further improve the job satisfaction and work efficiency of employees,prevent the loss of human resources of the enterprise,so as to improve the overall competitiveness and profitability of the enterprise,and provide reference for other related enterprises.
