| Ground test benches play an important role in the aerospace field and are the basic guarantee for the smooth implementation of aerospace projects.In the process of vehicle flight test,the data recording device is mainly used to collect various flight data of the vehicle,and the completeness of its functional indexes directly determines whether the mission can be successfully completed.Therefore,in order to verify the functional indexes of the data recording device,the data recording device ground test bench was designed.This paper provides an overview of the research background and significance,and discusses the current status and development trends of ground test benches in both domestic and international contexts.,and proposes a detailed design of the ground test bench using the modular design principle by analyzing the design indicators of the ground test bench for data recording devices.The detailed introduction of each module’s hardware circuit and logic design is provided in the article,focusing on meeting the functional requirements of each module.The FPGA is used as the main core to control the command interaction and data transmission between all modules;the power supply module is designed to supply power to the remaining modules and output 28 V DC voltage for the data recording device;the LVDS ring bus is designed by combining LVDS and token ring network to realize the data transmission between the main control module and the remaining modules;the analogue module is designed by combining the FPGA and DDS to realize the 64 analogue signal outputs The digital module was designed to communicate between the ground test bench and the data recording device using the 422 interface and the LVDS interface;the switching module was designed to simulate aircraft take-off signals and shock signals using the open/close function of electromagnetic relays.By building a test platform,the functions of the ground test bench were tested and the test results were analyzed.The results show that all modules of the ground test bench are well implemented and can meet the needs of ground unit testing of data recording devices. |
