As one of the core components of an armoured tank vehicle system, the reliability of the integrated transmission plays a key role in the performance of the armoured vehicle. As armoured vehicles are often driven under harsh conditions of high speed and heavy load, the internal space of the vehicle is complex, there are many types of transmission components and the interconnectivity between systems is strong, making it increasingly difficult to test the reliability of system components. Therefore, this paper takes the integrated transmission device of armoured vehicles as the research object, and develops a set of distributed measurement and analysis system of the integrated transmission device of vehicles based on Wi-Fi Mesh network based on the real-time storage device of vehicle parameters developed by the subject group, and the specific work is as follows:First, the general architecture of the system is built based on Wi-Fi Mesh network. The hardware design of the mesh network nodes and the Wi-Fi Mesh network deployment scheme are given on the basis of the real-time storage device of vehicle parameters developed by the subject group. Then, the system clock synchronisation acquisition technology is studied in depth. The key factors affecting clock synchronisation are analysed,a discrete clock model of the system is established, and a TPSN clock synchronisation algorithm based on adaptive Kalman filtering is proposed. The algorithm uses the TPSN clock synchronisation protocol for periodic synchronisation to obtain timestamps, and uses the adaptive Kalman filter to estimate the covariance matrix of process noise and measurement noise in real time to correct the node clock offset and phase deviation to improve the clock synchronisation accuracy between nodes, and conducts simulation tests and synchronous acquisition experiments to verify. The results show that the proposed algorithm has higher clock synchronisation accuracy.Subsequently, the data pre-processing techniques for data interpolation and noise reduction are designed and studied.Considering that Wi-Fi Mesh networks are prone to packet loss and the presence of aliasing noise during transmission, which affects the integrity and reliability of test data, the data pre-processing technique of spline interpolation combined with ICEEMDAN-SVD noise reduction is proposed.A segmented cubic spline interpolation algorithm is used to complete the missing data;an ICEEMDAN-SVD noise reduction algorithm is used to reduce the noise of the data, and simulation experiments are carried out with vibration data as an example. The results show that the proposed data pre-processing technique can provide the system with highly reliable raw data. Finally, the system is integrated. The system’s upper computer analysis management platform was designed and implemented under the open source cross-platform Qt program development framework. |
