In modern society,with the continuous development of the times and the continuous progress of science and technology,aerospace technology has also made rapid progress.In the development of aerospace,the power supply and distribution module is an important module unit that provides and distributes voltage for the flight test system.Its stability is the key to the smooth operation of the aircraft test system.With the increasing number and power of flight equipment terminals,the reliability requirements of power supply and distribution system are higher.Therefore,this paper proposes and designs a power supply and distribution system with high reliability.The power supply and distribution system uses lithium battery as the secondary power supply for the overall system.It is generally divided into two modules: distribution module and lithium battery pack.In terms of hardware design,the distribution module selects FPGA as the main control chip,uses redundant power supply mechanism,and selects military grade power filter.The voltage conversion unit enhances reliability and uses intelligent reconfiguration bus and LVDS to transmit the collected information such as each conversion voltage to the host computer for real-time detection.The lithium battery pack module selects STM32 as the main control,uses the charging management chip and the high-precision digital potentiometer to realize the dynamic adjustment of the charging current,and can also transmit the voltage and current information of the lithium battery pack to the distribution module.Then the logic design is designed and analyzed,and the working sequence of the power management chip and the ADC chip is introduced.The intelligent reconfiguration high-speed bus communication protocol is introduced in detail.Finally,the circuit test platform is built to test the function of the whole power supply and distribution,data calibration and reliability test,including high and low temperature test,impact resistance test and vibration resistance test.The experimental results show that the system can realize the real-time monitoring of the distribution voltage and the voltage and current of the lithium battery pack and can complete the power supply and distribution work under low temperature conditions,which meets the actual needs of the project.The system has been successfully verified in project practice.
