The measurement and analysis of transient pressure signals are critical for evaluating the destructive capability of weapons and quantifying the firepower-hitting capability of military weapons,however,the transient pressure signals collected typically have a high level of noise due to strong vibration,high temperatures,and other harsh working conditions.Meanwhile,the conventional denoising algorithm is difficult to solve the problem of denoising the transient pressure signal in the fast booting process.As a result,an effective denoising algorithm and a transient pressure signal measurement system are proposed and implemented in this study for transient pressure signal processing.The main work of this paper is as follows.(1)For the problem of large noise and challenging feature extraction of transient pressure signals in complex test environments,a joint denoising algorithm called CEEMDAN-SG based on Complete EEMD with Adaptive Noise(CEEMDAN)and Savitzky-Golay(SG)is designed.First,the original signal is decomposed using CEEMDAN,and N eigenmodal function components are obtained;second,each part is compared using energy contribution rate and autocorrelation function analysis,and SG filtering is used for components with an energy contribution rate between 0.1% and 0.05%;finally,signal reconstruction is performed.Compared to other denoising algorithms,this algorithm can effectively remove noise from the transient pressure signal while retaining the original signal’s characteristics.(2)By analyzing the functional modules required for the current transient pressure signal measurement system,a complete software system is designed to realize the functions of data acquisition and storage,dynamic plotting display of data,calculation of characteristic parameters,and system calibration.The system is also subjected to various denoising algorithms,such as CEEMDAN-SG.(3)The transient pressure signal measurement system is functionally verified and field tested.The explosive shock wave experiment and the drop hammer experiment,respectively,are used to verify the modules of the transient pressure signal measurement system,demonstrating its full usefulness and excellent performance.And the noise removal algorithm such as CEEMDAN-SG is used to denoise the acquired transient pressure signal and the subsequent extraction of characteristic parameters,which further verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the denoising algorithm designed in this paper and meets the integration of acquisition and testing in practical engineering.
