Research On Technology Standardization Maturity Evaluation Of High-end Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

The development of high-end equipment manufacturing industry is a long-term key task related to the country’s comprehensive strength,technological level and industrial base.In recent years,the state has vigorously carried out standardization construction in the high-end equipment manufacturing industry,and promoted the standardized management and operation of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.However,due to the uneven level of standardization construction at the present stage,and with the gradual shift of the focus of standardization strategy,standardization construction to a new bottleneck period of development.Therefore,a scientific and accurate evaluation of the maturity level of standardization construction of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises and a clear definition of the weak links of standardization construction have certain guiding significance for the standardization development and construction of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.This paper firstly summarizes and summarizes the domestic and foreign research results on standardization and high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises and maturity model,analyzes the current research status,and starts with the Outline of National Standardization Development issued by the CPC Central Committee and The State Council to summarize the elements applicable to the research on technological standardization of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises.Five first-level evaluation indexes,including basic guarantee of technology standardization,construction of technology standardization standard system,implementation of technology standardization,evaluation and improvement of technology standardization,and comprehensive benefit of technology standardization,and 25second-level evaluation indexes were determined,and then the evaluation index system of technology standardization maturity of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises was constructed.And through the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method to determine the subjective and objective weights based on the game idea of combination weight to get the combination weight of each index.In order to evaluate the scientific nature and rationality of the technology standardization system of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises,this paper introduces the maturity model,uses the cloud model-DS evidence theory to build the evaluation model,and formulates detailed evaluation criteria for the second-level indicators.Combined with the construction of the general idea and basic principles,the index evaluation system is systematically studied.Finally,combined with the case summary,the evaluation results and improvement objectives of the evaluation model are analyzed.This paper hopes to make a contribution to the development of technology standardization of high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises through the study of the technical standardization management scheme of the case.Through this study,we can see that the technology standardization maturity model can improve the standardized management level of enterprises and the comprehensive competitiveness of the market,so that high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises can maintain a lasting competitive advantage in domestic and foreign competition.
