Shop floor production is a very complex process,and process planning and shop floor scheduling are two key subsystems in the manufacturing system,which have a significant impact on production efficiency and resource utilization.Actual workshop production is a dynamic,highly integrated complex process,so it is necessary to study the integrated process planning and Scheduling(IPPS)of process planning and workshop scheduling,so this paper will study IPPS related issues from the following aspects.Firstly,aiming at the single-objective IPPS problem,this paper describes the process flexibility of the workpiece by using the concept of and/or graph and pseudo-workpiece,selects the minimized maximum time to finish and optimizes the goal,constructs a nonlinear process programming model,and proposes an improved hybrid sparrow search algorithm to solve the optimization problem.Secondly,this paper studies the multi-objective IPPS problem,adopts the multi-objective decision-making method of optimization before decision-making,and adopts the method of c ombining Pareto ranking and random weight ranking to rank multiple optimization targets to c onstruct the fitness function.Then,a multi-objective hybrid sparrow search algorithm is propo sed to solve the problem,and the diversity preservation strategy based on external archives an d the simulated annealing algorithm are used to improve the search ability and solution diversi ty of the algorithm during the solution process.Then,the performance of the multi-objective o ptimization algorithm is evaluated by two indicators: convergence and diversity.Finally,combined with the disturbance factors in the production workshop,the multiobjective process planning and workshop scheduling integration optimization in the dynamic environment are further studied.In view of the occurrence of dynamic events,this paper uses the rescheduling method to solve the problem.This paper adopts time-based rescheduling and full rescheduling methods,and uses ISSA/SA algorithms to solve the problem.In the solution process,the dynamic scheduling window technology is used to describe the dynamic scheduling problem,and then the process deviation cost and machine deviation cost are used as the indicators to test the efficiency and stability of rescheduling.
