With the rapid development of urban rail transit in China,the noise generated during vehicle operation has an increasingly serious impact on the living environment of the surrounding people.Building sound insulation barriers between noise sources and residents is an important method to reduce noise transmission.As a porous concrete material,foamed concrete has good plasticity and sound absorption.The vertical foamed concrete sound barrier made of foamed concrete has a significant effect on reducing the noise pollution caused by vehicle operation.This structure has the advantages of good noise reduction effect,convenient construction and maintenance and flexible use.It is widely used in highway noise reduction systems at home and abroad,which is of great significance in improving the quality of life,accelerating urban construction and protecting the environment.Firstly,a foamed concrete sound barrier structure is developed in this paper,and the shaking table test of full-scale model is carried out.The easy cracking position and crushing position of foamed concrete sound barrier structure under the action of seismic wave are obtained,which verifies the good seismic performance of foamed concrete sound barrier.The response of concrete structure under different seismic wave and dynamic wave intensity is measured by this test-bed;By analyzing the changes of natural frequency and damping ratio of the structure after different seismic wave conditions,the internal damage of foamed concrete sound barrier is obtained;The displacement and acceleration responses of each sound barrier plate under different working conditions are analyzed;The mechanical performance of steel columns on both sides of the sound barrier under different working conditions and its influence on the seismic performance of the structure are analyzed.The test results show that the foamed concrete sound barrier structure is not obviously damaged under the action of 600 gal seismic wave.It is concluded that the foamed concrete sound barrier structure far meets the seismic fortification requirements of "not bad in small earthquake,repairable in medium earthquake and not falling in large earthquake".Therefore,the seismic performance of foamed concrete sound barrier is good in practical engineering.Secondly,ABAQUS finite element software is used to analyze the structure of foamed concrete sound barrier.The stress nephogram and damage nephogram are obtained by finite element dynamic analysis and calculation under different seismic conditions.Compared with the cracking position and crushing position obtained from the test,it can be found that the results of finite element analysis are basically consistent with the test results.Therefore,it is concluded that the finite element analysis results have a good verification effect on the test results.Thirdly,through the finite element parameter analysis,the following conclusions are obtained: under the action of magnitude 9 earthquake,the foamed concrete sound barrier structure has no obvious damage,indicating that the foamed concrete sound barrier structure has excellent seismic performance;Under the action of earthquake,the middle of foamed concrete sound barrier is weak;The diameter of steel bar and the strength of foamed concrete have a great influence on the seismic performance of foamed concrete sound barrier.So far,although there have been many cases that the sound barrier has been damaged due to impulse impact at home and abroad,the research on the sound barrier mainly focuses on its acoustic performance,and there is less research on its mechanical performance,especially its seismic performance.Through shaking table test,this paper focuses on the seismic performance,seismic response characteristics and failure characteristics of foamed concrete sound barrier plate,which can fill the blank of this research and contribute to the maintenance and repair of foamed concrete sound barrier structure and the analysis of disaster after earthquake.
