Urban building energy consumption is an important part of total social energy consumption,reasonable contro of urban building energy consumption is of great significance to achieve the goal of "low carbon".The research of urban building energy consumption firstly needs to build urban building energy model to calculate accurately.Urban building energy model involves information of building scale and city scale,which is cross-scale and more complex than individual building energy model.Therefore,it is one of the important research directions in this field to study how to construct an efficient urban building energy model.BIM(Building Information Model)is a 3D digital building model,which contains rich Information about the whole life cycle of a building.It is widely used in construction engineering design,construction,and management,and has the advantages of high precision,parameterization,and detailed Information.GIS(Geographic Information System)is a technical System for storing,analyzing and displaying geographic information.It is widely used in property management,planning and geographical research.It is an important tool for managing urban scale information.Since the urban building energy model involves both building scale and urban scale information,it becomes a possible and technologically advantageous approach to build the urban building energy model through the integration of BIM and GIS.However,there are still problems in BIM-GIS integration and urban building energy model construction.On the one hand,BIM and GIS models have different data structures,and there are differences in geometry and semantics,so there are problems such as difficult unification of data structure and information loss in the process of integration.On the other hand,there is a lack of BIM and GIS integration research for the construction of urban building energy model.At present,most BIM and GIS integration research is only limited to the unification of data structure theoricaslly,which causes the compatibility problem between the integration model and energy consumption simulation.Based on these problems,this paper firstly studies the integration technology of BIMGIS.IFC and City GML,as data standards of BIM and GIS respectively,are the objects of research.The transformation between them can realize the unification of data format of BIM and GIS model,so as to realize the integration of them.By comparing the two standards,the mapping method of IFC-City GML is proposed,and the IFC model containing rich information is transformed into City GML format.By comparing the changes of model information before and after transformation,it is found that part of data is lost,which is due to the lack of the definition of energy consumption simulation parameters in City GML standard.Secondly,aiming at the limitation of IFC to City GML data transformation,the data standard of City GML is extended to integrate the information necessary for urban building energy model.Based on the ADE mechanism of City GML,referring to the detailed building information in BIM model and relying on UML class diagram tool,the data structure of urban building energy model is constructed.On the basis of the original City GML standard,four modules,including thermal zone module,construction module,load module and schedule module,are added.A complete urban building energy model is constructed.Finally,taking Sipailou Campus of Southeast University as an example,the proposed BIM-GIS integration technology is applied to build an urban building energy model,and Sim Stadt platform is used to calculate the energy consumption of the constructed urban building energy model,which verifies the feasibility of the proposed technical method.Building energy model construction method based on BIM-GIS integration technology has the advantages of high efficiency,accuracy and strong universality.Compared with the traditional urban model construction method,BIM-GIS integration technology has the advantages of more efficient information acquisition and more accurate content,and adopts BIM and GIS data standards to conduct research,which makes the research widely applicable.From the perspective of BIM-GIS integration technology,this study solves the problem of information loss during IFC-City GML transformation and improves the integrity of integration.From the perspective of urban building energy model construction,the efficiency and precision of modeling are improved,and ADE mechanism improves the controllability of model construction.
