| The one-piece planetary frame is an important component of the electromechanical composite transmission system of novel tank armored vehicles.The one-piece planetary frame’s quality is essential to the performance of the transmission.The introduction of on-machine measurement technology in the machining process of the one-piece planetary frame can effectively improve the measurement accuracy of process inspection,reduce the accuracy loss caused by repeated clamping,and support the subsequent compensation machining.It is obvious that the validity and reliability of on-machine measurement results have an important impact on the machining quality of one-piece planetary frames.Therefore,this paper focuses on the on-machine measurement of the one-piece planetary frame and carries out the SPC(Statistical Process Control)and optimization of it to monitor the on-machine measurement,improve the process capability and ensure the efficient and stable onmachine measurement which will provide significant support to for the production of the onepiece planetary frame.The main research contents of the paper are as follows:(1)The one-piece planetary frame machining and on-machine measurement process analysisThe one-piece planetary frame machining and on-machine measurement process analysis clarifies the main work of on-machine measurement of one-piece planetary frames and analyzes the feasibility of applying SPC to the on-machine measurement process of one-piece planetary frames.Firstly,the basic situation of one-piece planetary frames processing is sorted out from the overall one-piece planetary frames machining process.Then,the on-machine measurement process of one-piece planetary frames is analyzed.Based on the machining process target and onmachine measurement process analysis,the feasibility analysis of applying SPC to the onmachine measurement process of one-piece planetary frame is conducted which includes the onmachine measurement data collection,the statistical characteristics of on-machine measurement data and the identification of on-machine measurement optimization elements.2)The On-machine measurement SPC analysis of the one-piece planetary frameBefore SPC analysis begins,this paper conducts a measurement system analysis for onmachine measurements to assess the precision of the on-machine measurement system.Control charts suitable for SPC analysis are established based on the distribution characteristics of the onmachine measurement key quality characteristics data.In order to verify the analysis effect of the established control charts,this paper performs a simulation by generating a data set within the controlled range of on-machine measurement.Then,the data from actual measurements are added to the data set and analyzed to verify the reasonableness of the established SPC control chart.Finally,according to the control chart sample collection scheme,the on-machine measurement experiments data is collected and analyzed using the established control chart.3)The on-machine measurement optimization of the one-piece planetary frameIn response to the identified deficiencies in the on-machine measurement process,this paper optimizes the overall on-machine measurement process using the workflow analysis and ECRS method,combined with the 5M1 E method to analyze the causes of the time-consuming measurement preparation phase and the uncontrolled on-machine measurement data statistics,and establishes an optimization plan.Firstly,this paper applies the principal component analysis methods to optimize the on-machine measurement control chart,retaining the statistical characteristics of on-machine measurement data while reducing the number of variables which reduces the data dimensionality reduction of the control chart.After that,a control chart optimization model based on principal component analysis of subgroups is developed and verified by the on-machine measurement sample data of the one-piece planetary frame.In order to verify the effectiveness of the one-piece planetary frame on-machine measurement optimization scheme,the optimization scheme is implemented by integrating workshop lean management.In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed optimization scheme,the one-piece planetary frame workshop implements the scheme by integrating it with the workshop lean production management.The experimental validation includes the optimized measurement system analysis,the optimized SPC analysis,and the application in the machining control.The experimental results show the effectiveness of SPC analysis and optimization of onepiece planetary frame on-machine measurement. |
