| With more and more attention paid to the serious shortage of fossil energy reserves and environmental pollution,our country has vigorously developed micro-grid energy supply mainly by wind energy and light energy.The distributed power supply in the micro grid is adjacent to the load,which is more flexible than the traditional power generation mode.The micro grid and the large grid cooperate to provide reliable electric energy for users’ daily life and industrial production.As distributed power generation has greater volatility and randomness than traditional power generation,the optimal scheduling of a single aspect of the generation side cannot achieve the expected results,so the collaborative optimization of supply and demand has become an important research content of microgrid.Firstly,the components of microgrid are studied in this paper.This paper introduces the new energy generation system of microgrid and discusses the development history and mathematical models of wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation.The classification of demand response is studied.Demand response includes price based demand response and incentive based demand response.Two kinds of excitation load models are given,which are reducible class load and transferable class load.Three kinds of energy storage devices and their scheduling models are introduced.The main applications in this paper are battery energy storage and hydrogen energy storage batteries.Secondly,an optimization strategy is proposed to reduce the class load participation scheduling problem considering user satisfaction.In order to reduce wind and light abandonment,the objective function of the model is to minimize the difference between new energy generation and load demand in each time period.When the new energy generation(mainly wind power and photoelectric power in this paper)is greater than the load demand in a certain period of time,the load can be fully satisfied.When the load demand is greater than the new energy generation in a certain period of time,according to the SOC(state of charge of the energy storage device),the scheduling strategy that can reduce the class of load is given.When the energy storage equipment and new energy generation cannot meet the load demand,the dispatchable unit(diesel generator unit)will be started to generate electricity.The objective function of economic scheduling problem of dispatchable units is to minimize the total cost of generators.An improved Ant-lion algorithm is proposed to solve the economic scheduling problem of dispatchable units.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by an example simulation,and compared with the traditional ant-lion algorithm,the convergence speed is faster and the solving accuracy is higher.Finally,an optimization strategy for multi-class load participation scheduling problem considering user satisfaction is proposed.The objective function of the scheduling strategy is to minimize the total cost of the generation side,which includes the cost of wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation,energy storage cost and load compensation cost at each period.The improved artificial bee colony algorithm is adopted to solve the problem.Firstly,the solution range of the transferable class load is determined according to the satisfaction constraint of the transferable class load,and then the feasible solution is found in the range,and then the cost function is calculated.The calculation method is to first input the load of transferable loads in each period,calculate the load reduction and SOC according to the load situation and new energy generation,and purchase electricity from large power grids,and calculate the cost according to the load situation.The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by an example simulation,and compared with the improved ant lion algorithm,the improved artificial bee colony algorithm is more accurate. |
