| As a system to help the pipette work,the auxiliary positioning system of the pipette can effectively handle the problem of pipette failure caused by position deviation of the sampling hair.The construction of the auxiliary positioning system for the liquid transfer mechanism is divided into two parts.The first part is to achieve the positioning of the sampling head,and the second part is to establish the workflow of the auxiliary positioning system for the liquid transfer mechanism.The existing target positioning algorithms are difficult to meet the use requirements of liquid transfer devices when faced with changes in the posture of the target object,changes in the image size of the target object due to changes in the focal length of the camera,and fewer feature points of the target object itself.The function of the existing pipetting device control system is usually to control the sampling head in the pipetting device to reach a designated position for pipetting operations,but when the posture of the sampling head changes,it is unable to detect the status of the sampling head in a timely manner,thereby achieving the function of automatic calibration of the sampling head.This paper proposes an image based auxiliary positioning system for the liquid transfer mechanism.This system can locate the state of the sampling head in the liquid transfer device,and can calculate the position deviation when the posture of the sampling head changes,helping the liquid transfer mechanism to complete the liquid transfer work.The main research contents and contributions of this article are as follows:(1)This paper designs a new VCC(Variance Comparison Contrast)algorithm for calculating image features.This algorithm combines the advantages of SIFT algorithm and Canny edge detection algorithm on the basis of traditional template detection algorithms.It can calculate image features and help target detection algorithms obtain more effective image features,thereby providing support for future target detection algorithms.(2)This paper proposes a new target detection algorithm based on multiple thresholds.This algorithm is based on the VCC algorithm,which can effectively and quickly identify the position of low feature objects in complex backgrounds,and has good performance in countering situations where the size and angle of the target object in the image change due to camera focal length changes,and can effectively detect the location area of the target object in the image,This provides a theoretical basis for the design of the auxiliary positioning system of the liquid transfer mechanism.(3)Based on the multi threshold target detection algorithm,this paper designs a new auxiliary positioning system for liquid transfer mechanisms.This system relies on the multi threshold target detection algorithm to process images,which can quickly locate the area of the sampling head in the liquid transfer device,quickly determine the position of the sampling head,and achieve the automatic liquid transfer function of the liquid transfer device,The sampling head can be automatically calibrated when the sampling head in the liquid transfer device does not reach the specified position.The simulation and experiments in this article show that the proposed target detection algorithm based on multiple thresholds can effectively locate the target.Similarly,the pipette assisted positioning system proposed in this article can successfully calibrate the sampling head when it bends,providing a new solution for the technical research on automatic calibration of the sampling head faced in the future industrial pipette automatic liquid transfer process,It has certain reference value. |
