| With the advancement of urbanization and the continuous improvement of transportation infrastructure, the number of underground space development and port municipal construction projects has been increasing, and the amount of engineering construction has reached a new height. These projects will inevitably produce a large number of various engineering waste mud, such as engineering waste slurry, dredging mud, etc. How to efficiently use waste mud is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper is based on the key technology of composite solidification and resource utilization of waste sludge and industrial waste residue in Jiangsu Province transportation science and technology project.Firstly, the mechanical properties and microscopic characteristics of solidified waste sludge are studied experimentally, and the influence of curing pressure conditions on the compressive strength and compression characteristics of solidified waste sludge is mainly explored.Secondly, the microscopic test is carried out to understand the change of solidified waste mud microscopic morphology, and to explore the microscopic reasons for the change of mechanical properties of solidified soil. Finally, breaking through the traditional curing pile sample preparation process, the waste mud and curing agent are stirred and poured into piles, and the uniaxial compression test of waste mud solidified piles is carried out.The strength characteristics of solidified waste piles under curing pressure are mainly studied. The experimental work in this paper is as follows :(1)The indoor unconfined compressive strength test was carried out to analyze the influence of initial water content, curing agent content, curing age and curing pressure on the strength and deformation characteristics of solidified waste mud.The relationship between curing pressure and unconfined compressive strength was explored, and the empirical prediction formula of strength considering the influence of curing pressure was proposed.(2)The one-dimensional compression test was carried out to analyze the influence of initial moisture content, curing agent content, curing age and curing pressure on the compression characteristics of solidified waste mud,and to explore the relationship between curing pressure and compression index, yield strength. The scanning electron microscope(SEM)test was carried out to explore the influence of curing pressure on the microscopic morphology of solidified soil samples, analyze the microscopic characteristics of samples under curing pressure, and explain the reasons for the change of mechanical properties of samples from a microscopic perspective.(3)According to the results of unconfined compressive strength test and compression test, the optimal initial water content and curing agent content were selected to carry out the axial compression test of waste mud solidified pile. The strength characteristics of piles with different length-diameter ratios under curing pressure were studied. The deformation law of the pile was analyzed, and the strength prediction formula of piles considering the influence of curing pressure was established.Figure 58 Table 9 refers to 79... |
