| Jilin Province as one of the important industrial bases in China,it is also the most developed area of China’s automobile industry.With the development of market-oriented and globalized economy,the automotive parts industry has shown a trend of global configuration in the production process and research and development of automobiles.The main body of this thesis study of FAWA Automobile Components is a small and medium-sized enterprise,such as a car brake system and clutch manipulation system in Changchun,Jilin Province.FAWA companies are currently facing the problem that when external talents are not easy to introduce,it is difficult to train a group of better employee teams.The employee team within the company cannot be a strong guarantee for various tasks.The demand for continuous economic development;in addition,enterprises also need to have a strong team of technical employee as the support of high-tech development in order to make talents compete for the core force of market economy competition.Training can provide talent output for the future development of the enterprise.These are the issues that FAWA companies need to solve immediately.Researching the current situation of employee training in enterprises,and analyzing the causes of existing problems.Proposing the optimization design of employee training system from the aspects of management system,demand analysis,content optimization,method optimization,education team,and training effect evaluation.Jumping out of the perspective of training professionals,base on the system,starting from practical application,and applying the relevant theories of human resource management to adapt the entire training system to suit their own enterprises.With the help of professional employee training,employees will not only improve their internal professional skills,overall quality,and their own strength,but also increasing their sense of identity with the enterprise,enabling them to complement and cooperate with the entire enterprise.Only by persistently conducting employee training,we can provide a continuous stream of talent input for the overall development of the enterprise,while improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise,retaining,and cultivating talents for the enterprise,and forming a virtuous cycle of the enterprise’s human resource system.Due to the problems of the FAWA enterprise employee training system,it is representative and universal,and it also provides some reference plans for other related industrial enterprises in terms of employee training. |
