| With the increasing depletion of global fossil energy and the gradual rise of the world’s environmental awareness,renewable energy has attracted widespread attention because of its endless and clean characteristics.As an important technology for the use of renewable energy,the microgrid has been developed rapidly.Liquid Air Energy Storage(LAES)is a new large-scale energy storage technology,which has great potential for application in the microgrid.However,LAES involves various forms of energy during its operation,and its system structure is complex.Connecting LAES in the microgrid will increase the complexity of the microgrid,which puts forward higher requirements for the optimal operation method.In view of the above problems,the main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The basic model of the microgrid with LAES is studied.The basic structure of microgrid with LAES is built,and the basic structure and work flow of wind power generation,photovoltaic power generation,micro gas turbine and LAES are analyzed,and their mathematical models are established on this basis,which provides the basis for the establishment of subsequent optimization models and the formulation of optimal operation strategies.(2)Aiming at the multi-variable and multi-constraint optimization problem of the microgrid with LAES,an optimal operation method of the microgrid with LAES based on the State Transition Algorithm(STA)is proposed.Firstly,an optimization model of the microgrid with LAES is established with the goal of minimizing the operating cost of the microgrid,which does not consider the influence of uncertain factors.Then,the STA algorithm is introduced to optimize and solve the model.Finally,three kinds of LAES rated power are set in the simulation process.The results demonstrate that compared with the Genetic Algorithm(GA),the STA algorithm has better optimization effect in solving the optimization model of the microgrid with LAES.As a result,according to the results of the STA algorithm,the optimal operation strategy of the microgrid with LAES under three kinds of LAES rated powers is proposed.(3)Considering the influence of the uncertainty of market electricity price during the operation of the microgrid,an optimal operation method of the microgrid with LAES based on Information Gap Decision Theory(IGDT)is proposed.Firstly,the IGDT method is introduced to study the uncertainty of the market electricity price.On this basis,the robust optimization model and opportunity optimization model of microgrid with LAES are established.Then,the STA algorithm is applied to the solution process of the two optimization models.Finally,the simulation results show two aspects: on the one hand,by comparing with the GA algorithm,the advantages of the STA algorithm in solving the two optimization models are verified;on the other hand,by comparing the results obtained by the STA algorithm on the two optimization models,the risk-averse strategy and risk-taker strategy of the microgrid with LAES are proposed.25 figures,2 tables,74 references... |
