High-speed railway subgrade piezoelectric energy capture is a new energy technology,which is highly compatible with the "dual carbon" strategic goal and has great research value.At present,there is a lack of piezoelectric energy harvesting methods for high-speed railway subgrades,including research on materials,structures,and electrical connections of high-speed railway subgrade piezoelectric energy harvesting devices(HRS-PEH).Based on the piezoelectric effect,this paper proposes a piezoelectric energy capture method for high-speed railway subgrades,designs HRS-PEH,and studies the influencing factors of the output voltage of HRS-PEH through laboratory tests and field tests.The main work and achievements are as follows:(1)Based on the piezoelectric effect and the dynamic response of the high-speed railway subgrade,the piezoelectric stacked structure and the force amplification structure are combined.A HRS-PEH combining a twostage force amplification structure and a piezoelectric stack structure was designed,and two schemes,HRS-PEH-Ⅰ and HRS-PEH-Ⅱ,were optimized.(2)The laboratory test simulates the dynamic response of the highspeed railway subgrade,and dynamically loads the HRS-PEH inner piezoelectric stack and HRS-PEH respectively.The relationship between the voltage output of the piezoelectric stack in the HRS-PEH and the voltage output of the HRS-PEH and the power amplitude and frequency,respectively,was studied.The value ranges of the piezoelectric empirical coefficients μ and λ of the high-speed railway subgrade,the second-order force amplification factor of the HRS-PEH,the optimal resistance and the optimal arrangement depth are obtained.(3)Test the piezoelectric energy harvesting effect of the high-speed railway subgrade on site.Arrange HRS-PEH,HRS-PEH-I,and HRS-PEHII on the surface of the subgrade and test the voltage output of each device.The effects of different external resistances of each device and the number of parallel devices on the load(external resistance)voltage were studied.The power generation of HRS-PEH,HRS-PEH-I and HRS-PEH-II on site is obtained.(4)Based on the piezoelectric effect,a piezoelectric energy capture method for high-speed railway subgrade is proposed,HRS-PEH is designed,and the range of piezoelectric empirical coefficients μ and λ and the optimal resistance are determined.The piezoelectric energy capture effect was verified on site,which solved the problem of turning waste into treasure from the vibration energy of the high-speed railway subgrade,which can be applied in the direction of the high-speed railway subgrade.
